There is a lot of compatibility, plus he's a Rabbit and you're a Snake. (A combination that I, as a Rabbit, totally understand...)

But I wouldn't say those are dealbreakers...Mars square Pluto could be intense, good or bad...looks like you've seen both sides of it. Hmmm....

I have never, ever felt like that before.

I have felt deeply, deeply in love before. But it just felt different. That kind of feeling before was like walking on air, smiling all the time.

This is more like feeling completely turned upside down. Half wonderful and half absolutely uncomfortable.

Like being stripped open if that makes sense.

And I so wish I knew what all that meant! I am hoping this year to learn about it all!

I think what causes the breakups is we both push the other one away. A game of who can leave first so we don't get hurt.

I admit I'm intrigued by this. While I doubt the existence of twin flames, I don't think she's lying, and though I could pick at it here and there, overall I believe she's sharing a genuine experience.

It got me to thinking when I did shrooms at 14 (which unknown to me at the time, my then 17-year-old cousin got me to do them in hopes that I'd remember our past lives together, to remember who I "truly" am) and I got to reading minds. The way I remember it is that I heard them speaking, but they were yelling about me being in their head (keep in mind I was also tripping out of my skull so that I wasn't coherent as I did so). To this day I'm not sure what was said and what was just merely thought by the others, though I sensed my cousin was pleased (but not why he was).

Now the obvious question I'm sure the readers will ask is "were they also tripping?"

Most of them, yes. But a sober friend came over, and was bemused to hear them complaining loudly of me reading their minds. I felt him tense up, and as I was tripping hard, I don't recall everything I said about his thoughts...though this was the exception in when I didn't "hear" him talking and in my own mind was just playing with his head (while tripping out of my skull)...but he RAN. And the next day I got a call from a friend of mine saying he was spreading around town that I had a demon in me that allowed me to read minds, so he was convinced of it. Furthermore, those tripping remember it (ironic, since I don't and wouldn't have realized it if they didn't tell me), and years later as adults I got my cousin Firefly and he said this scene of River nearly being burned at the stake after she incoherently read the mind of a town leader reminded him of the time we did shroom together as kids (and if Texas really was its own country that he and the family may have had to come save me from being burned at the stake the same way):

(The point being that even years after the fact he still remembered me as reading minds.)

Now here's the funny thing: when I was on those shrooms, I felt such LOVE for everything and everyone, and felt completely connected to...well, most would say higher powers, but there was no separation between me and All, all humanity was but a subjective perspective of a one consciousness, and there was a sublime peace and love. And perhaps that realization, and that perfect love, trust, and faith, is what allowed me to read minds...or maybe it was "reaching a higher plane" that allowed me to read minds. Unfortunately, tripping out of my skull at the same time prevented any coherency.

Maybe guarding ourselves shuts us down as well. Maybe we learn as infants to shut down anything telepathic because we just can't deal with what's going on in the heads around us.

That aside, there was a game I played with other kids I was close to where we'd stare at each other until the other person could feel it. We got so that we not only "felt" it, but even knew who it was! It took practice and never went beyond that, however.

A matter of time before the clothes are back on the ceiling, but for whatever reason we just can't make it work.

His theory is that we won't ever be able to let each other go and that this attraction will just be a lifelong handicap
