I have Mercury very OOB conjunct the Gal. Center in 6H Sag making a TRINE to my Moon conjunct Chiron in 11H Aries.

As a worker, I was detached, truthful, analytical, efficient and well liked.

As a friend, I have learned to keep my mouth shut and just listen.

I also have Venus slightly OOB in 7H Capricorn making a TRINE to Jupiter in 11H Taurus.

In a way, this configuration marked a near extreme internal/introverted awareness and intent on developing and growing in the terms of my own intuition and sense of where things mattered most to long-term happiness. Understanding true needs is a theme that began soon after I finished grade school. I had to go through isolation, then depression, then embracing this introverted way for it to play out well.

'Out of bounds' only indicates that a planet/luminary was not within the bounds of the ecliptic. Whether it was north or south makes a real difference in the energies of it, as a southern declination (south of celestial equator) indicates private/internal/feminine/negative polarity, but northern decl. indicates more public/outward/masculine/positive polarity.
