I'm not talking about the quincunx/inconjunct or semisquare, I'm talking about septiles, noviles and other 7th harmonic aspects. For example, the septile is about 51.5 degrees with a 2 degree orb and is said to be like the Vertex and Nodes in that it's linked to destiny and fate, but in transit can it mean that some divine intervention bring the two planets that are in septile aspect to produce something? Would Transit Venus septile Mars make you suddenly passion about someone or something and make you pursue it/them with such dogged determination as if destiny was pushing you to?

this is going to be long and complicated but i'll try to explain it

I believe in horizon synastry to be much more powerful

Because most of the ecliptic is actually some kind of energy. The energy itself is created from trailings of the planets, therefore if the planets and Sun (well mostly the sun) are responible for the energy of the entire ecliptic, then it is actual physical objects that are so powerful

The horizon is the physical earth

Just look at this picture

Here Person BLACK has 2 planets above the Horizon. The Horizon is felt more siginificantly in the birth chart and is good for doing transits I believe.

It is felt more significantly. So if Transit RED Planet is making a mid point between Person BLACK's planets then this will be significant. It will be felt inside of you I think

The Ecliptic-Celestial works in a similar fashion. Lets use the same picture but instead of the Earth's Horizon starting at mid left of the circle, that is Aries Point. Square Aries Point is Cancer and Capricorn point. It is the same kind of transit as the horizon but weaker imo.

I conclude: If we use this picture of the horizon, and add another Red line that is septile to the higher black line, then Yes, Yes I do Believe it would be felt

even in regular synastry charts
