When Pluto/Scorpio/8th is involved it can give dark "sex appeal" but not in a pleasant/soft way, almost scary (even more with the hard aspects). But it depends. Also, it's what I noticed so might not be the same for everyone. (I don't blend well with Scorpio Ascendants... I think they're too rough and not well-mannered)
Venus/7th/Taurus/Libra is more sensual and not intimidating like Pluto.

I know someone with Venus in the 8th and he has to talk about sex a least once every day

Leo Rising can give sexiness as well. Taurus is in the MC, your public image so yeah.

I don't think Mars quintile Venus is strong enough. I don't know?? Don't have experiences with that. I have a wide conjunction. My Mars and Venus are in the same sign. I did read that this can give charisma, maybe could be interpreted as "sex appeal" too? I'd like to see more information about this.

Just like the signs, the planets have feminine/masculine energies as well. These planets feel more comfortable in signs with a similar element to the planet.

So my Plutonian/Venusian energy is not inviting or soft, and even my "beauty" is sort of sharp with a narrow face, hollow cheeks, high cheek bones, and darkness as a theme (heavy dark brows, dark eyes, dark skin, etc.). I have the ability to look friendlier in pictures but in person I am almost permanently wearing a serious/stern expression and I can seem a tad scary yet sexual (if that makes sense). Doesnt help that I frequently wear black with trinkets that look like they are from the B.C. Era. This obviously wouldn't be attractive to someone who doesn't find scary/intimidating attractive. Therefore what makes someone physically beautiful may be pinpointed with study but what makes someone sexy/attractive is in reality rather subjective.

Also as far as Scorpio Asc being harsh or vulgar I have seen cases of this. This Asc is ruled by two planets (Pluto and Mars)therefore how a Scorp Asc behaves will depend largely on the condition of those planets. For example, Scorpio ascendants with a direct mars will be quite confrontational and even mean at times. One with an Rx Mars (like me) will be very calm, patient, and non-confrontational. These dynamics will be especially true in the males, since mars is masculine, so that explains the loser who mistreats his girlfriend. Scorpio rising males can be rlly awful smh.
