Hello, all. I was always taught that actions speak louder than words by my family, but honestly I'm confused at this point. Does this ring true with Capricorns as well?? I'm a Taurus (Leo Moon, Pis Venus, Pis Mars). This Capricorn (Cap Moon, Pis Venus, Vir Mars) I've known for about 7 months now is very hot and cold, mixed signals. We'd had an "unofficial" type of relationship since October. He's been single for 2 years, was in a 3 year relationship that was serious until she cheated and left him. They still talk, he still cares for her but says he could never be with her again. He told me a few weeks ago that that I made him happy/content, all these great things about me, but didn't see us dating because I didn't have a few "things" he had on his list. But when I asked what they were he wouldn't tell me, said he was sure I had things he didn't fit either. He also admitted that he's been on/off depressed (I'm guess based on ex). I saw him yesterday, as he was helping me build my PC. I did my best to remain friendly since he claimed two weeks ago about being friends. Yet within 2 hours he was attempting to kiss me and be romantic. This has become quite the pattern in terms of him acting like we're dating/couple, then saying things that are opposite of that. Since he's usually a genuine person, I want to believe that his words are true, yet his actions consistently are opposite. I don't know what's "true" anymore to be honest. He's first Capricorn I've had interest in. Advice appreciated.

Hello! I am a Cap Moon with a Virgo Mars (and Virgo Asc) and words mean everything to me!! I am never hot and cold. I'm either hot or I am cold-permanently. I can however be a little aloof in that I'll first be interested but then you might show me something that makes me put on the breaks to gauge things. I'll take my sweet time to come to a desicion but once I do, that'll also be permanent. If you think he is playing games, don't play. IP: Logged |

Thank you for your honest answer! That's the thing, I keep hearing about how Caps in particular are big on commitment, yet it seems he's running from it. It's rather confusing, but you're right, I don't deserve to be flip-flopped.

While I've known a seriously unbalanced Capricorn, I've never known a flip-flopping one.I wonder, could it be the mutable Pisces Venus? I'd tell him to pick one and stick to it. IP: Logged |

I don't know. this is tricky.Cap moons are not the type to put romance at the top of the list. But that Pisces Venus could keep him dreaming... Things is with Pisces is that they can get "stuck" in the dream. Not so much the flesh and blood. So much so that that may end up being what they prefer. Is there an opposition between Mars and Venus? Mars in Virgo is careful, prudent and concise. Pisces Venus is romantic, dreamy, intense and usually "all over the place" with their feelings. So you have a part of him that wants to keep it together(Mars/Moon in cap/Virgo). And then the other that wants to dive right into the splendor and passion of love(Pisces Venus) IP: Logged |

I'm sorry, I'm not quite sure what you mean? Still learning about astrology.

Yeah, it's quite confusing. When we're together he's very affectionate, I don't feel like he's faking or being insincere. I have pretty good vibe reading/intuition, especially in person, and he's never really made my "alert" go off in a bad way, other than time I knew he wanted to talk about something. I don't know what these things are, but I would guess since he's 35 and I'm 25 perhaps it's practical things like independence, money etc. I'm not sure. Yet he claims age doesn't matter to him. I just honestly don't understand how if you consider someone kind, funny, smart, beautiful etc etc and I've made you happy...what things could I be missing that are that "bad" we wouldn't date? Just makes me wonder if that's really the case or just what he's telling himself is the dilemma. *sigh*
