What I'm asking is, since we're consciously aware of Astrology and how we are "supposed" to be behave based on the stars, do you think it makes you interact differently? For example: If you know you are a Libra Moon (they are friendly, diplomatic, outgoing, social), do you think with you knowing about Astrology, you're interacting with others in that way because astrology says so or are you acting like your placements subconsciously (without thinking about Astrology)? Just wanted to know your opinions and ideas on this

In my case, I'd say it's what comes naturally. I don't act at all the way a Gemini moon is supposed to. IP: Logged |

For me, it was amazing to learn beyond my Sun sign because it explained why I don't fit the Virgo stereotype. It was so liberating to not feel abnormal. ------------------ “Most people would rather be sheep than stand on their own with antlers on.” IP: Logged |

I was acting the way I was acting way before astrology came into the pic.My Mom told me that when I was young, I had no issues communicating my true feelings about stuff. I also used to write letters and leave them where they would be found. Moon(Feelings) in 3rd (writing). Moon also aspects Mercury. Feelings expressed in words or in writing. When we are young we are often looking for relief without overthinking it. It is then that I believe these aspects manifest themselves in the most apparent ways As we grow however, we learn to "manage" them.So often we may even fool ourselves into denying them.

Yeah same here. I never felt like a Virgo and it turned out Sag is my strongest sign and Neptune my strongest planet. I remmember in person when I was young people would guess I was sag sometimes or Libra but never Virgo. Its only in this site via pics I actually get Virgo but usually they mention Sag too. Before I knew about the influence of other planets, I remembered reading a description about gemini in Linda Goodman's sun signs and thinking "I swear to god this sounds uncannily like me! Maybe even more so than my Leo sun", then I found out shortly afterwards that my moon's in Gemini. According to Pullen astrology Gemini is my strongest influence, followed by Cancer then Capricorn. But to be honest I think I have a strong Virgo influence too.IP: Logged |

A lot of times astrology is the "default" mental preoccupation that I turn to when there is a boring conversation, or my surroundings are dull. Usually within that space of time, I will consider my behavior and my friend's behaviors from an astrological perspective, and perhaps I will begin to amplify whatever I was just focusing on. So for instance, I have a Capricorn sun and Pisces moon. I get frustrated when I am feeling attuned to the emotional situation, but I don't quite know how to move it forward. I know it would just be awkward for me. There is an impasse, but I'm unable to push past it, and sometimes this thought comes to me almost like a surprise: "You're a Capricorn. REMEMBER?" and then I can rest easier within my limitations. If God wanted me to be the emotional conductor of a situation, he would have made me a Scorpio sun or something. As is, I'm more like the concrete floor, and I guess that's okay in the grand scheme of things? At any rate, I still have friends. IP: Logged |

It's funny because I've always been like my Sun, Pisces. My dominant sign Aquarius. These four aspects: Sun conjunct Saturn, Venus sextile Jupiter, Sun sextile Neptune and Venus conjunct MC. Ascendant in Taurus, Jupiter in Sagittarius, Mars in Leo and Moon in 3rd house. Contradictory. When I started to know about my Natal Chart I was not surprised. Or maybe a little because I don't identify with my Moon in Cancer. I'm not like it supposed to be a Cancer moon. IP: Logged |
