There are two type of stelliums;
stellium by house and stellium by sign.One may have a stellium by house but the transit may affect the sign that is within its degree orb-regardless of the house position.
When you have Mars, Sun, Neptune as a triple conjunction. And Saturn as an added trine. The transit will affect the triple conjunction and the trine will serve as a "stabilizer".
So the current transit of Neptune in Pisces might affect Mars-Sun and Neptune- due to their triple conjunct relationship. But the trine with Saturn may help to keep things steady so that they don't get too out of hand.
The added Mercury is part of the stellium(by house). But is later affected- outside the others. Even though it may be in the same house.
The transit to this planet may help to "conclude" things in as far as this house is concerned. Sort of like an "ending" to what has already come.
