According to rising signs my husband would be tall and skinny, which he is not. I would a helpless victim, which I am NOT!

I Love astrology as well, However, astrology isn't one or the other its a melding of all that is. There are no borders between stars, planets and asteroids, so human descriptions or parameters are not 100% accurate. There are 7 Billion people/12 sign = how would one signs traits be the same for 584 million.

Do you identify with the physical traits of your Sun sign?

Note: The Full Moon is literally happening right on the axis of this chart, and with the Sun at 3° Pisces, what are you feeling?

Sun in transit over Asc = confidence, heightened energies (especially with Moon opposite, heightened emotions too).

What is it in the descriptions of Pisces risingthat don't fit you?

The best way to match things up is to describe yourself in ordinary terms (non-astrological) -- your words and those who know you best. Then see how it matches up with astrology.

What Dreaminess says about 1st house planets is true. Many people differ from the typical interpretation of their rising sign, but still have it. There are some other factors that can make you a 'different' example.

So there are three distinct possibilities:

1. The interpretations you've read about this rising sign are too narrow or stereotyped.
2. There are factors in your chart's 1st house (Saturn), or aspects to the Asc (Mercury) that explain things.
3. Your chart is off and needs to be corrected.

Many of my clients come to me because they don't connect with their supposed rising sign. This is where we look at rectification and test the chart to see how it performs. At times I have even been able to reach a conclusion while on the phone with them.

I consider 3° of any sign on the Asc using recorded birth time as a 'cuspy' Asc that can and should be tested and verified, adjusted if necessary. Every question has a definite answer if you do what is needed to get there.

So I'll explain how I feel and what people usually say they think of me when they meet me and I just can't connect really with pisces, I have some traits but I feel them more internal than external, and that is why I can't connect with my asc.

First of all I'm not shy, and I come across very confident.
I heard a lot of times that I look arrogant at first, but I am approchable and talkative.
I have a proud walk and I don't know why I always look cold or arrogant.
So pisces rising is always described as dreamy, sensitive, soft which is quite the opposite. I certanly don't feel sensitive or look like it. Whenever I read a rising article about pisces I can't connect while I strongly identify with my Leo sun and Capricorn moon also so I just don't get why I do not feel like pisces (there are few traits) but are not visible at first and asc should be our apperance and how we carry ourselves in the world.
I feel like an Areis, which does not make sense I know, this is not close at all but I'm so energetic, have a lot of energy, quick etc... when I'm presenting myself. So people would maybe find pisces traits in me IF they get to know me very well, but this should be very obvious.

My chart has the exact birth time, and I'm 3 degree Pisces asc. Yes, I saw there is a full moon in Virgo 3 degrees, I feel it strongly, I feel some things are resolving in the area of relationships, of course cause it's happening on my dsc. This is not the best time for me right now, but hoping for the better though.

I'm just so confused about rising. I would like to connect with Pisces but I can't haha. The same thing is Sun in 6th. I feel like sun in 7th, everything else is correct in my chart but those two things- Pisces asc and sun in 6th, can't relate. Ok I'm maybe too young to know but for now I'm not into pets, or health, don't like medical professions, don't have problems with health also, not neat, practical and workaholic (I doubt).

Those two things just don't make sense, while the rest of the chart is accurate I can connect. So these are two missing pieces of a puzzle.

Your dilemma is fairly common for people who are paying attention to their charts, and who have 'cuspy' Ascendants.

I've read Jupiter can add height and Mars can make you more assertive than the typical shy Pisces ASC....
