Moon in 6th often creates nervous individuals that find it hard to RELAX. They worry a great deal. And the added Neptune on your Sun(ruler of the 7th), suggests that you are a very reflective person that often uses the environment around you to project the ideal of yourself(7th house ruler is the Sun. Sun in 7th)
So you may even get confused as to what you think vs what other people think.
The Jupiter conjunction on the Moon could either help in developing a philosophical perspective on the internal need to "know" things intrinsically and being to explain them.
Or it could also exaggerate this by making you want to consume more knowledge, more words, more voluminous reading etc. Especially when in detail-oriented 6th
This is so that one can find that one expression, that one word, that one way to open up a portal of understanding(Scorpio). All through tearing down the details of words, technical sophistication or problems etc.
But I see that you also have contradictory energy that at times "dissolves" this need to search for details.
And Jupiter as co-ruler of Pisces, also tends to trip over the details. A lot... So forgetfulness will happen. Especially since Moon(conjunct Jupiter) rules the 3rd house of short term memory and logical sequential formation/retention.
The frustration may come from forgetting(Jupiter) vs knowing that the answer is right at the tip of your tongue(Jupiter). But is hard to come by in this red hot minute.
I wonder if trans Neptune on the Asc is exacerbating this "forgetfulness". As Neptune dissolves all that is too detailed and merges divides into one inextricably combined and often complex unit.
Have you tried 'easing' into a solution? i.e when you bump into something that you intuitively "feel" that you have the answer to. But can't seem to tap into it right there.
Try taking a deep breath and say to yourself "I don't have to think about this right now" or "The answer will come to me some time later" or "It's not necessary for me to know this in this red hot minute" etc.
Once you soothe yourself out of the pressure of remembering. You may find that the irony will be that the answer is far more spontaneous and a lot more apt than anything that you have thought of before. But could not "remember"
You might also want to cover the health aspect that Kannon mentioned. Just to be sure that your approach is more holistic than isolated.
Your "hot spot" is that Jupiter in the 6th. Mine is Mercury in 9th.
Planets in the opposite houses tend to work extra hard. Its like trying to clean the floor with a toothbrush. And not a mop
