I am wondering if this is the culprit for me not wanting to marry (never ever in my life) Also I like being with myself.. I love the freedom it provides.. I can not even understand why people marry. And I am wondering if a person with such a placement will indeed have a happy marriage..because marriage and happiness seem to opposite things to me :S I generally do not like to rely on others for anything.. What are your experiences with this one?

Hi there. I have a north node in the 7th house and also mars in the 7th conjunct (within 3 degrees). I put a lot of time and energy into finding a romantic partner but the quality of the partners I invest in tends to disappoint me. I'm working on this and hopefully will find someone nice to spend my life with. On my end, this is something I definitely want. A best friend, a confidante, a great lover. IP: Logged |

This is me to a T. I've always preferred being single and find marriage unnecessary and overly dependant on myself. 😁 My NN in 7th conjunct my vertex, oppose my Pluto, and square Moon. IP: Logged |

Yes, but those traits are due to our SN in 1st house (Aries) type energy. The loner warrior type energy is too comfortable for us and we're supposed to learn how to be in a partnership, though we still get to define the type of partnership we want.IP: Logged |

It seems we are the only ones.. :S Because Kitsune and Empty spaces want to marry.. So it has to do with smth else. Maybe any Uranus aspects? Or the ruler of the 7th House?

I remember the first time that an astrologer told me something about my natal chart. Well, she wrote me a lot. But she mentioned that I'm "very individualistic, very personal, somewhat self-sufficient, with some personal strength" because I have South Node in 1rst house. And what I need to learn in this life is to care more for others. I think I understand you. I've never been that type of person who says "I can't live without..." and mention another person or friends or whatever. I've always been comfortable with myself, just being with me but I like to meeting people, being with them, it's just I don't think I need someone? quote:

I think being an independent soul and being in a serious relationship is a false dichotomy. If anything, understanding yourself and what you want/need only brings you closer to finding an adequate partner. IP: Logged |

I have this placement in my natal chart. I married a foreigner at 24 and divorced at 29. The whole marriage I had this South Node 1st house attitude and in the end, I lost the love of my life. I fear and wonder if I will ever find love again. The core meaning of this placement...PARTNER UP TO FUFILL YOUR DESTINY. IP: Logged |

I often ask myself if relationships are worth it but hate been single too. Mercury the ruler of my 7th rules my Northnode in the 7th and squares my nodes so It seems that for me to learn my northnode lessons I must be in a relationship but since mercury is retro natally I often second guess my decision to be in one yet I strongly feel I must stick to it.IP: Logged |

I have a feeling that I should not partner up? Like it will turn out really bad.. Most of the times my feeling is right. So maybe the fact that I do not want to be in relationship is a sign that I shouldn't? I have Neptune in 7th H and it's my Moon's ruler.. Neptune in 7th H means bad/unlucky marriage IP: Logged |
