My Sun is conjunct my Venus/Mars midpoint natally. Is this anything significant?

It can be if Mars and Venus are in opposition.
That would make the Sun square both planets and turn these placements into a T-Square.

Hmm I see. My Mars is early Libra, Venus is mid Scorpio. My Sun is late Libra.

Now that I think about it my example could never work because Venus is never more than 47* away from the Sun.

But it could work with another planet other than Venus or Mercury which is never farther than 28* from the Sun.

Check out the Minor aspects, your midpoint could be there.
