In her response she doesn't say anything about a 7 year cycle, she says 2012-2015 which suggests 3 years and sounds like a Saturn transit with retrograde movement. In early 2012 transit saturn entered scorpio and the last time transit saturn was in scorpio was in september 2015!

I am thinking she is referring to transit saturn in scorpio squaring your Dc,northnode, mars and jupiter in the 7th but the cycle wont truly end until it has also finished squaring intercepted virgo on your 7th.

But then she mentions your lucky time will be when jupiter enters scorpio which is interesting bc your unlucky time was in 2012 through 2015 which was when saturn entered and passed through scorpio so I am seeing a pattern now!.

The 9th house in vedic is auspicious and the house of good luck so saturn transiting it in vedic could mean that luck is been blocked while jupiter transiting its own house were your chart ruler happens to be would be a time of good luck for you in vedic.

But jupiter right now is in virgo and has to go through libra before it gets to scorpio so you have some time still to wait.

Jupiter is transiting your 7th right now, I think you can meet someone NOW. I met my ex when jupiter was transiting my 7th and my husband when jupiter was transiting my 1st.

Honestly I am not feeling all that great about this astrologer you got a reading from. I don't feel confident in her techniques personally.

I met my Ex at a night club called Space and my husband online via myspace. OMG I did not realize that the word SPACE was involved in both cases till this moment. LOL that is so weird.

Also been in a relationship is hard and not like the movies portray it, is over rated maybe more trouble than is worth but I get the need for companionship, I do.

Just make sure you are going out regularly around that time.

Transit Uranus will be conjuncting your SUN in early 2019. You can still meet someone now that transit jupiter is in your 7th conjuncting your Saturn, honestly this current transit could lead to you meeting someone whom you can have a serious relationship with but you have to put yourself out there.

Concern yourself more with creating the space within yourself and in your life that is welcoming to someone. Like hypatia said, have a heart-to-heart with the universe. I really recommend looking at what the Kryon material says about your ability to co-create your outcomes with the universe. I know, because I've done it.

The timing of the opportunity to meet someone matters far less. People have windows of opportunity, but can still blow them. Two years ago I had a great progression involving MC and Jupiter, but I totally blew it and accomplished virtually none of the potentials it held for me. My mental orientation at the time longed to help others, but I got entirely off focus into an area that was off course for me.

My point is, it is far better to continue on your life course and communicate to the universe effectively, than it is to keep looking to astrology for 'when.'

It appears that is referring to saturn passing through quadrant 1,2,3 and 4, every quadrant contains three houses so a 7 year saturn cycle passes through 3 houses.
