In a couple of years, T-Pluto will conjunct my 9th house South Node. I'm not sure what to expect of this because of Pluto's reputation, but then again T-Pluto has passed over most of my personal planets anyway. I've had an eventful life, to say the least.

Interestingly, before it passes my South North, it will conjunct my POF. After the South Node, it will conjunct my Midheaven and 10th house Moon. It will shake up my life.

After this bump, T-Pluto will never touch anything again.

Anyone ever had a T-Pluto pass over natal South Node?

I had this transit some time ago. Tr Pluto was conjunct my South Node in Capricorn in the 4th house thus opposing my North Node in Cancer in the 10th house. My career was most affected by this transit.

During this period I struggled to find a job and had the impression that my life in general was on hold as other areas suffered as a consequence.

I had other heavy transits that could affect my career as well though (e.g. Neptune square mc). But there was something plutonian in this situation, that no matter what I did and how much I tried I suffered one defeat after another… And I was quite successful in my career before! After the transit was over, my professional situation improved so I think that this transit might have been the main culprit…

From the perspective of time, my impression is that the role of this transit is to take us away, temporarily, from our true path (=opposition to the north node) or make it more difficult to attain, in order to do some major soul searching. Some people think that during this time we pay our “karmic debt”.

Wow. I know struggle is good for our expansion as souls, but it does not make it any easier to look forward to. I had a similar dry spell with my career during my Saturn return.

What's interesting is my NN (3H) is in Cancer and my SN (9H) is in Capricorn, too. My career is SN oriented. My fear is that this transit will pass and force me into a caregiver position where I will be forced to sacrifice everything. My Moon, Midheaven, and SN are very close to one another. It may have something to do with my mother, but maybe I am reading too much into it.

I'm glad you were able to get back on your feet.
