With Saturn in the 5th, I read that it affected somehow your creativity, as in the artist's block caused by his own restraint.
But at the same time Saturn is not all bad there, for it sets solid foundations and serious work towards your goals, in this case in the creative area.
You can be quite serious and not all that comfortable around children. Still I think a bit of Saturn is necessary to keep your feet on the ground so I don't think there's nothing too bad about it.
People just fear Saturn wherever it's situated in the chart, but it has to be somewhere lol.
