I just love yod, there are complicated but very interesting to work with
I've been working on my own boomerang (Neptune/Uranus sextile Pluto/Nnode quincunx Sun/IC and opposite MC) and another one involving AC/Saturn sextile mars both quincunx Juno. and yet to this day, I'm no closer to find what they mean than before.
You must first see the Yod as a potentially furstrating pattern, since both quincunx are really tricky energy that doesn't understand each other well enough (not quite a trine, but not an opposition either), so there isn't this harmony coming from the trine nor this sort of balanced understanding that can come through the opposition.
The focal point is where the energy will be directed, like a finger pointing at the direction indicating the solution of the crisis, how you can channel the energy of the sextile in order to accomplish your "mission".
I'd suggest to first understand each individual placements and how they interact with each other.
Neptune/AC quincunx Moon
Neptune/AC quincunx Chiron
Chiron sextile Moon
Neptune conjunct AC
and how they manifest itself through the sign and house where they are.
Upon that point it's the tricky part of trying to put everything together.
