I've read the same. It's usually people with Saturn or Chiron in hard aspect to a personal planet that'll do it for me. I'd check your synastries with these peeps and look at how those two things aspect your planets. Generationally a large group of people will have Saturn/Chiron in the same sign, it just depends on the degrees

Also check people whose signs fall into your 12th/1st/8th houses. The 7th house is also considered the house of "open enemies".

His Sun and his Venus make no aspects
My Sun sqares his Saturn
My Venus and Mercury (they are conjunct in my natal) sqare his Mercury,oppose his Jupiter,trine his Mars (his mars only aspects my Venus and Mercury)
His Mercury opposes my Moon (and i think this one is big here - he started my bulling with trying to point out my flaws,what he tought were my flaws) and squares my jupiter
My Pluto trines his Moon
His Pluto sqares my Moon
His Moon is sextiled by my Uranus

Now i dont know his asc - but his planets fall like this in my houses

His Sun and Venus are in my 1st
His Mercury in my 2nd
His Mars in my 3rd - i did feel like i need to protect my sister from him,and she felt so too
His Pluto and Jupi in my 5th
His Uranus and Neptune in 6th
His Moon and Saturn in my 9th

So thats him

Now one girl that loved stiring water for me,she would gossip and make fun behind back,and she even did online bulling of me. I just find her as very negative person,i think she is jelous and pushy,self obsesed.
