I have two questions on this,

1. Would this be similar to having Moon Opposite Venus?

2. Moon in Gemini in the 9th would have a little saggitarius energy. Neptune in Saggitarius in the 3rd would have Gemini. In this case can it be really described as an opposition?

Moon in Gemini/Neptune in Sag can be described as an opposition by sign. But depending on how close the aspect is, the more likely that it'll come to the foreground and become very much a part of the natives perception of life.

Is it similar to having Moon opposing Venus?

-Both may have mothers who were "people pleasers"

-Both may have mothers who are creative.

-Both may have mothers who want peace at all costs.

With Venus however, there tends to an emphasis on the physical. A heightened susceptibility to be touched.

What Moon opposite Neptune can point to, is an absent mother or a mother that wasn't emotionally receptive to the child's needs. Or a mother who struggled with addiction or substance abuse.

This can lead to trust issues later on, although this aspect is known to go either way (easily trusts or easily distrusts).

The females in the native's life (especially if it's a male's chart) can be "confusing" or emotionally unstable; and can hurt the native (albeit not necessarily willingly) in subtle or hidden ways.

Sometimes these people have a "savior complex" and want to save people from themselves. I suppose they can also be in the "saved" position, where they wish someone came along and healed all their wounds. (But usually they're the ones who have to act like the savior/healer/counselor...)
