The semi-square/45° aspect is essentially a 'mini-square', that is a square with less magnitude. Same for the sesquisquare/135°. Involving Pluto indicates a minor challenge of empowerment.
Regardless of the orbs you've given, it is unlikely you have both of these in your birth chart since the tight orb for both would require your chart's Asc to be accurate. You are indicating an Asc in Libra between 15 and 30° to create a semi-square/45° aspect with Pluto in Sagittarius (which must be between 0 and 15°). With the max orb 2° and Ascendants averaging a minimum of a few degrees off, it is unlikely you actually have either of these aspects.
Common astrology practice uses calculation of the mundane Asc for the birth of a person, which is not a mundane event, but an inter-dimensional one. Until full calculation of the Asc for genuine dimensional doorways comes into practice, locating the authentic Asc is a challenge, but a necessary one to have an accurate birth chart.
