Ok, so I'm not good with Transits, I wanted to ask, what aspects you find important? Do you find only conjunctions important or you pay attention on all aspects?

I focus on conjunctions, squares, and oppositions mostly, but I've been noticing the power of semisquares and sesquisquares in transit also. Trines aren't necessarily negligible and they should be taken into account but if I'm doing a reading it pays more time wise to look at the hard aspects because this will be areas of intense focus...

Hope this is helpful... one thing i like to do with an app called Astrotab Pro is look at the very tightest transits any given day... they have an option for a handy list starting at the tightest 0'00 transits and I find it really accurate and handy to look at whatever is applying or within '20 degrees of orb... those aspects will dominate that day. I really find the accuracy of close orb with transits amazing, been observing for a while. The effects of any transit do seem to begin to wane once they are separating.

With transits, its sort of like planets and all sensitive points are employees working at the same company-specializing in differing things.

When the manager calls a meeting and many are not available to attend, the reception is mild. In fact the energy may not be as strong.

But if the timing is good and 80% attend, the energy is felt that much stronger. You can feel the group-think on a very tangible level.

So its not only Pluto hitting your Moon that will make your life shake. But if Venus forms a sextile aspect to the Ic, Mars arcs to conjunct Moon and North Node opposes the IC, then we are talking about a lot of activity involving emotions(Moon) and sense of belonging(IC).

Many times we view a transit as a "stand alone" aspect. Cut off from the rest.

But this is not how it works IME. As it is usually a summation of things /aspects coming together by very close orbs at the same time.

Their influence may overlap and emphasize a certain area of focus in the chart.

So I get nervous when people say; 'I have Saturn transiting the 1st house. What will that mean for me?' And we all jump up to interpret its likely meaning.

What the person should note is that there is already a "busy ness" by progressions /solar arcs in the chart already. So in what way will Saturn joining the 1st house contribute?
