Person one is a Cancer Sun (trine Pluto) with a Leo Moon.

Person two (me) is Aries Sun with Moon in Taurus that's opp. Pluto.

With the exception of trine vs. opposition, would we basically express ourselves similarly or have similar needs (even if we can't fulfill each other's)?

Why do you think that, Hanna?
There's little common ground here at first sight, except for the same modes (Cardinal Suns and fixed Moons). This makes me think about powerful clashes, but that kind of thing is (interestingly) pretty common in friendships (same modes).

I thought maybe because our Sun and Moons were Plutonian and we're both cardinal signs (with cardinal Mercury and Venus) with fixed moons that we'd behave parallel in a way, like being the same but not connecting or having the ability to connect.
