I know quite a few Gemini Venus. They haven't been particularly turned on by curly hair in my experience, so I don't necessarily think it's a Mercurial thing.

What about your fifth house? For some reason I want to attribute curly hair to Leo traits, but I'd have to know more about your fifth to see if this analogy is true.

I would say its a 5th house in Scorpio thing. But that Gemini Venus can negate all that -as Gemini energy tends to oppose Scorpio energy.

Is there an aspect of Pluto to Gemini Venus?

Where is the 8th house?

It's Scorpio on your fifth house cusp. People with Scorpio rising (myself included) tend to have curly hair. Only astrological indicator of curly hair i have personally read about. I was going to guess Scorpio on your desc but 5th house makes more sense.

I think things like that are more about sexual imprinting rather than astrology.

Though that said, I have a preference for the foreign and also think glasses usually make one more attractive, and I could see how my placements (heavy Sag stellium, also 3H Libra sun and stellium) make it so.

As far as I can tell, it's usually something about the trait that implies something that can either attract or repulse someone. It can be physical, like a beard that can make a woman think manly or spiritual, or unkempt and lazy about appearances and probably everything else. Race unfortunately has this effect (that is, it's not how it looks, but what the viewer thinks this says about the individual on whether they're attracted or repulsed). "Props" (like cigarettes, which can attract some men in a woman as they see her as a sexually adventurous "bad girl"--bad girls typically like someone out of a porn movie because the Bonnies don't exist in their world--or see her as trailer trash who will cheat and probably demand his money on other vices as well and thus turned off) are similar.

Cultural tendencies are interesting as well. For example, the fighting skills in the west were originally based on brute strength and how many blows one could trade with opponents so that those kind of men tended to dominate and thrive, and even now men like that are seen as an ideal. In other places, like Japan, agility became more important (it only takes a few pounds of pressure to slit an artery or stab in the heart once past the grooves of the armor) and so men like that came to dominate, and today thin (but preferably fit and muscular without bulk) is the preferred masculine beauty, because that tends to be what they're around the most and those are the kind of men who have long risen to the top.

That aside, I don't know what could inspire an attraction for curly hair...could be as so mundane as some TV show or movie seen as a small child or the love interest in the first compelling love story that planted the seed there.

I like curls, as well. I crushed on guys like Adam Ant, and Mags from A-ha, when I was in school.

I have no idea what would rule that astrologically. I have Venus in Gemini, though.

No,no aspects between Pluto and Venus

8th house is in Aqua, and has moon in there

I allways associated Scorpio and Pluto with long sleek black hair for some reason xD

Curly Hair? One aspect would be a Gemini Ascendant and/or Mercury conjunct the Ascendant.
