I think people will comment on your weight if you have a certain weight to comment on, regardless of whether you have that position or not :P. I don't have Jupiter in Libra in 1st house (actually mine's almost the opposite, Jupiter in Pisces in 7th house conjunct descendant) and people in the past would frequently comment on me being too skinny, with some it was borderline bullying when I was a kid. I had a coworker who'd keep telling me the same thing. I told him "You're not the first person to tell me this, nor will you be the last."
