If your friend has this in the 4H they may have delays and obstacles regarding family, heritage, or the actual house that they live in (possibly difficulty buying/selling real estate). Also, personal happiness since this house also rules your inner self.

I have my Saturn and NN both in Capricorn in 2H.

That makes sense w/ her family situation b/c Saturn in the 4H can bring a stern, strict, and demanding household. But w/ the NN next to it, it can create some fears and insecurities within your inner world (b/c 10H, which is where her South Node is, is about your outer and more public self) which is why I mentioned 'personal happiness'. Her 10H South Node is used to achieving things for the the sake of status and recognition, but in this lifetime she's supposed to learn to do things simply b/c it truly makes her happy and not looking out for external reasons but focusing on the internal.

As far as her not wanting a family or marriage, she may possibly have other things in her chart that makes her more independent to the point where she rejects marriage b/c I believe Saturn just delays things but doesn't necessarily exclude things out of your life completely.
