i've heard
1) they're very powerful
2) they're not powerful at all

which one is it...

i've also heard that in the case of pluto aspects that the pluto person feels it more and has their possessive side come out

i've gone to page 10 of google trying to find some kind of understanding of this aspect and frusturatingly enough no luck....

anyone?
