From 1998 to 2012 it was in Aquarius. Check your ASC degree as well to know exactly when it conjuncted your ASC.

Cmon there should be Aquarius ascendants that should know about their Neptune transit ascendant. It's such a huge transit.

i experienced the transit several years ago and to be honest, It passed without much event.I can't say it made any impact at all, really

Born 1994, 2012 was the end of high school for me. Things became better after 2012 though it could be because high school is very taxing.
