Has anybody have this progression? What were your experiences and did you feel the shift when progressed Moon left your 12th house to enter the 1st?

I have been having progressed Moon in my 12th house (Leo/Virgo) for quite some time and it was not the best time of my life, although I've had some bad transits as well. It is now approaching my Ascendant in Virgo.

Prog Moon just crossed over my Asc April 21st. It crossed my Asc nearly exactly as my wife and I arrived back home from 5 days at the coast.

The previous time prog Moon cross my Asc into the 1st house was in December 1988, a long time ago when I was 18 and I don't have memory of anything associated with it, except for attending a Christmas party at my boss's house with other employees.

I will say that it seems to act slowly to bring internal attention back to personal needs and to start a new cycle of responding to yourself first, instead of reacting to external triggers. That is certainly a healthy direction that I've been taking since well before prog Moon's recent passing over my Asc. If I use about a 1° orb (or one month) that roughly matches this inward turn I've taken back towards my own needs and defining them apart from any external measure or category.

I'm sort of excited to have my Moon progress into the 1st house. It's been in my 12H for ages (I have a huge 12H).

Hopefully it'll be different and the shift will be felt.

They'll both trine my natal Venus/Jupiter conjunction so that sounds like a good thing... Unfortunately no transits will be triggering that configuration, so I guess it won't be too life-altering. Haha.

Thanks. Since progressed Moon entered my 12th house, I have experienced endings and loss in so many ways. I can feel that a chapter is closing and I am ready for a new cycle, hopefully it will be a good one.

Doux Rêve, look at your Solar Return themes in addition to transits and progressed chart to see how these aspects might be highlighted. Last year was particularly difficult for me and the 12th house theme was clearly emphasized in my Solar Return chart. I had there my Moon, Venus and Mars as well as Ascendant falling into natal 12th house, all being said to be pretty bad SR aspects.
