Your sun is sag, correct? I think it basically considers house, aspects, and etc.
So your sun in sag, then it may have many aspects, Jupiter may be in a "friendly" sign to it, and or have many aspects. Your ninth house could have a lot of activity. Things of that nature. Basically things that would put emphasis on sag/Jupiter/ninth.
I take it to mean that sag/Jupiter has a lot of influence on your personality which it would with sag sun and I think your moon is Gemini, the opposite sign.

Yeah, I have Sag sun 7th house and Sag in Jupiter, 7th house. Only 2 planets in 9th house. Uranus and Neptune. My Chart: Planetary positions

It depends if you are male or female honestly.Male dominant Jupiters are honest, truthful, with strong a strong morality. Female dominant Jupiters are very religious. Spirituality attracts them over sexuality. Being Sagittarius ruled just means that you are heavily influenced by Sagittarian energy and probably have much Sagittarius in your chart or 9th house activity, or both. Generally, Sagittarius ruled people are optimistic, spiritual and love to learn about the world. ------------------
