Does this placement mean Assertiveness/aggression, especially with females?

I have this placement, but i'm shy in the way i communicate, but deep down there's a highly sexual/intense/aggressive/assertive/confident person inside, that's locked away like jail.

help.

what aspect would bring this?

I feel like these issues are related to problems on the Ascendant rather than the Mars itself. Mars doesn't necessarily have to involve communication, but with Cappy Mars you can be assertive in a way that isn't necessarily aggressive but is more level-headed.
