Topic: How was your Mercury transit in front of the Sun?

So Mercury transited in front of the sun throughout the day, today. Anyone notice anything interesting happen? I had a little bit of an eye opener on a few things in the way certain people acted that caught me off guard, and had a very slow start to the day. The latter is probably a personal issue ;DYou can find some neat photos of the transit on the site below while they're still recent.

Thanks for the pictures.  Mercury is such a little speck! Yes, getting clarity on some things.

I'm incredibly depressed, and it isn't going away. I can't take pills, and they wouldn't help, anyway - the last two days have been *rough*. I'm having dreams about how my life was supposed be. The life that others are living. and waking up with panic attacks. IP: Logged |

Sorry to hear that, Teasel. 
As for my own experience with the transit, I did not think about it, but was waking up today thinking: "What a weird dream!" LOL
Well I often have weird dreams, but wasn´t dreaming (remembering) at all for the last weeks or so. And that one felt... funny. Felt actually more like a Pallas-experience than an actual dream, though it was a dream.

I don`t believe in combustion. To my experience the Sun infuses anythings with her light and energy that is close to her. Sort of like a real boost of energy (and the planet in question might be running on high voltage due to it, and therefore becoming VERY pronounced in the personality, sometimes maybe too much so. )IP: Logged |

I agree. Considering how I felt yesterday, I got a confidence boost. I've learned to channel my energy through my Mars on Asc aspect and I've felt like my stress has died and faded away  ------------------

But im not over sensitive at all. I appreciate ppl expressing their different viewpoints, i like ppl being who they are even if it's different than me and they disagree with what i believe. Its not going to hurt me or my ego! Lol
My problem is my brain is overworked with ideas, it wont stop to the point i cant sleep most nights. I have to take something every night or id be awake all night thinking about everything. I wish i had more control over it, my mind at times can seem like its on steroids or something, i cant type fast enough to keep up with my thoughts and half the time i dont care because im already onto my next thought...its only later i realize i forgot words and need to edit stuff. It drives my virgo moon bonkers!!
Im getting more control over it now, with age im starting to learn how to use it instead of being drug around by it, probably because my Merc is exactly trine Saturn....my only saving grace! 😊
But of course because it's Saturn it cant come quickly or easily, there has to be tons of lessons and learning before I receive the gift of knowing how to use this. Stupid Saturn!😁 IP: Logged |

Thanks, Ceri. I was reading books on PTSD (again) in the bookstore last night, and wishing I'd known that I was dealing with it as a teenager (and before). And its resurgence hit me in the last six or so years. It's deflating that I was reading about it five years ago, and having to read the books in the corner of the bookstore, because they made me cry (quietly) - I would get up and walk it off. And then I had the worst few years of my life. I really wish I felt good. I like hearing that others had positive effects from it, or whatever else is happening. IP: Logged |

THAT was for me the absolute pure essential difference between an inntellectual/ mental/ thinking based approach (Mercury) and a more instinctual and spontaneous one (Moon).

^ I agree and I am also a Sag Sun (20.50) and Mercury (20.14) who doesn't agree with the combust thing at all. Though I AM overly sensitive.. I definitely think my own way through it and detach eventually.As for Mercury transit.. I did experience clarity but I thought it was because of Jupiter turning direct. IP: Logged |

Mmmm....i bet a moon combust, with almost 2 degrees, would feel nice...an exact might be hard to handle, your emotions would be SO alive.
The moon combust i would think would feel at times like your floating on a cloud, until a thunderstorm comes along, ouch! His emotions must be so robust and manly....very intense and he proudly wears them for all to see without even an ounce of guilt for any one of them. He will be anything he wants at anytime in front of the world and where there ppl there?? Oh, he didn't notice them, there, watching. Lol, I wonder if he forgets sometimes that hes on stage and talks to himself, like hes alone.
That's probably why hes such an amazing performer, hes emotionallly shining, no matter if anyones watching or not.
Wow, so with the saggy Sun and the Moon inside him so closely connected does he get really frustrated when lower vibrational topics are brought up, like gossip, reality TV, trashy type stuff...does it actually make him mad or upset, like he cannot emotionally tolerate that stuff?
