Are there aspects between planets/asteroids/angles/whatever have left out. That may point towards a person who is in the own world per se, in the way that they hear/read the wrong thing. Don't mean a physical or mental disorder. Nor saying that if there are anything astrological it would be responsible. Some examples to help illustrate, Subject is the above mention person;

1. Misreading texts. Subject sends text "There is a sale on at shop/item that you like want me to get it for you?"
Random person responding "Nah, not really into that now" OR "Busy atm I'll get it next time" OR "Have enough now, so don't need it"
Subject response "Got you some anyway, better to not run out" OR "Okay was just letting you know" then goes on about how that person is not talking to them, playing games and they have to get in line so that person will talk to them, wonder if they have upset them, say the world if unfair. etc. etc.

2. Any conversations where the person says no to an offer repeatedly asked over time are ignored and the subject goes ahead and does the offer anyway. When confronted by a person afterwards who says they didn't want the offer. Subject doesn't remember and thinks again the above "unfair, did they do something etc. etc." When a third party who was there but not part of subject and person conversation and they agree that person said didn't want it. Subject thinks everyone is being out to get them. Offers range from getting groceries, cleaning up the garden, fixing up minor household problems or better health things the person should be doing.

Get that this person puts a lot of their identity into how other people view them and that there are useful. But don't get if they do invest that much into it, why they don't listen. Also would this tie in with them being unable to make a single decision in their life or taking responsibility for their actions? They always blame someone or something else. Hopefully this has come out in an understandable but an unbiased view.

To me it looks like some bad tangle of these energies:

Sun/Leo - self-centeredness
Moon/Cancer - nurturing
Mercury - data processing
Mars/Aries - attacking
Neptune/Pisces - imagining things

I agree with Faith on this one, but I say that Neptune plays a prominent role, especially when you said, "Is in their own world." Neptunian people can suddenly find themselves imagining the worst possible scenarios over a simple misinterpretation of text, and it can be quite frightening sometimes.

Don't know their time of birth. But their Neptune is in Scorpio, which makes sense if they embody all the negative qualities. Will have to figure out where they have the positive ones.

They are very good at their good and that does seem to be the place their best can be brought out, but the negatives still happen, just slightly mellowed if that makes sense?

Don't know the ASC, But Lucifer is in Taurus and only aspects Saturn in sextile.

Yes Taurus, Scorpio and Aquarius, make for a stubborn person.

I knew someone like that...his aries Merc opposed Nept. He was very annoying all the time, his Merc sat right on my DC, Nept on my AC/Pluto. Ugh....Even thinking about him is stressful!

His Merc trined his Venus so i think he had alot of delusional self love and grandiose thoughts of himself.
That opposition was the only hard aspect in his chart...

Venus conjunct Neptune= Hard to decipher the reality of what's going on when relating to others. They also give selflessly to others but sometimes they give too much so this might leave them feeling like nobody reciprocates back when in reality they give when the other person didn't even ask for anything. That all leads to feeling like the victim and martyr tendencies.

Venus in Virgo= Shows that they care for others by doing practical tasks (like fixing things or buying things like you mentioned)

Seems the basic aspects, it's just how the individual brings them out in themselves.

Suppose the next part is how to get them to recognise this without it coming out as a bad thing and if they want to grow spiritually.

Oh, this sounds exactly like my mom.. the martyr thing. She's a virgo with a ton of other virgo energy, a massive stellium in the 6th including a Virgo Pluto that conjuncts her Virgo Mercury retrograde. It's just a form of control and manipulation (which does come in all kinds of astrological aspects), you can't really reason with it. They don't care what you want..
(She also has Moon conjunct Neptune in the 7th)

This was also similar to one of my exes, the thing they both had in common was a lot of earth with a scorpio moon, and a Virgo Mars.

When you said not listening to others, I immediately thought of myself, but this is way different. Haha
