This year for me has been such an emotional struggle for me. I've never felt so crappy in my life before.

Currently, transit Saturn is retrograde and is conjunct my natal Pluto whilst opposing my Moon. Because my Moon and Pluto are at 10 degrees, it will only become more prominent until August (my god). Furthermore, transit Neptune is forming a T-Square with my natal Moon & Pluto and transit Uranus is conjunct my natal Saturn! Transit mars is also conjunct my Pluto and opposite my moon.

I've been so emotionally flooded this year. Extremely depression and anger issues to the point where I cannot do anything at all. It's as if the littlest things that people do that irritate me want to make me send them flying through a wall, and this depression only makes it worse.

I'm not going to flood you with a bunch of my personal issues, but how would you suggest dealing with this transit? It's made me more self-deprecating than ever before and I've feel like s***.
ETA: Some astrologers may use small orbs for transits, so for those, some of these may not apply.

Everything happens for as reason and these transits will serve the purpose of making you build a thicker skin and prepare you for life. Everything after that will seem like crunching a peanut. Learn how to curb your anger now or direct it towards something creative and positive.

TR Saturn on Pluto is particularly difficult to deal with but you will get thru it regardless. To quote Churchill - If you are going thru hell, keep going!

I went through this transit last year (Tr. Saturn opposite moon and entered my dsc)and it was no picnic. It seemed to intensify the events that were going on at the time. I got into a intense workout routine to balance out the frustration of that time.

Electro, these are very tough transits.

Find a safe space where you can allow yourself to cry, be angry and depressed. Keep a journal. Find TV shows that make you laugh because it is very important to keep balance during these times.

Saturn is a teacher. A hard ass teacher, but a teacher nonetheless. Try to extract any lesson from what is happening, and tell yourself when this transit is over, you will remember those lessons and use them to your advantage.

Nothing lasts forever. this too shall pass.

Thank you all for the responses

I am going to try my best in dealing with this transit. It's not easy by any means, but I have faith in myself that it will turn out okay. Being a musician helps cultivate my emotions and channel them into a creative outlet, so that should be a way to deal with the stress these transits inflict upon me.

Furthermore, I can meditate, which helps most definitely. I'll pull through this!

I had some similar transits not long ago, and I guess the only advice I can offer is to just ride it out. Find out what the purpose of the transits are, and try to go with those energies, rather than against them.

T Neptune was conjunct my Sun (H8), opposite my Moon, and square my natal Neptune/NN at roughly the same time that T Pluto was opposite my natal Saturn.

While Neptune was still activating my T-square, T Saturn moved over my NN/Neptune, and squared my Sun and Moon.

Saturn/Moon transit gave me really unpleasant, unsupportive relationships with women, and I felt kind of emotionally isolated in that sense. It didn't stay for long, thankfully.

Edit.

Oh, crap. I only have the "I got through it by trying not to fight the energy of the planets" advice, I'm sorry.

I got through it in a way that was sort of typically Saturn/Pluto, and Neptune/Moon at the same time.

I intuitively understood what I had to do, and although it was painful, I gritted my teeth and did what I needed to. Unfortunately, I also drank quite a bit, which I would not suggest. Music would obviously be preferable.

My personal method of dealing was to stay up late, drink, and listen to music. I will assume that you're smarter than I am in that sense.

I'm sorry that you're having a bad time. The transit will pass, and you will be stronger for it, in my opinion.

That is a rough transit figure. The Pluto-Moon process is to dredge up stuff from well below conscious processing or understanding. We're talking the un-conscious level. Neptune's involvement can make it confusing, even seem to drain our usual strength and resolve. When Saturn gets involved like this it can feel as if you have no outlet for redirecting the affected energies and are forced to experience it as your reality for now.

It is a time to get in touch with the unsexy, unattractive, feelings and drives within yourself -- the stuff you'd never advertise to a date or the public.

We all go through these types of transits at some point(s), and it is a learning process for how to best find balance and sanity through them so that you come out better than before, rather than just beat down.

See if you can find a way to start detaching from the process a bit by telling yourself that while it feels very emotional and personal, simultaneously it is not -- just a normal learning experience urged by subtle natural energies. See if you can look at all involved as actors playing roles so that a story can unfold. That way insights may come through this detachment that otherwise could not get through the fog, the intensity, the debility.

Being a musician and creative person is a huge plus, and meditating is as well.

See if you can write a song that gives outlet to your feeling energies during this -- even if it makes no sense to anyone else. Its for you. Or maybe just find those perfect sounds or tones on your intstrument.

I've been through very complex transit figures lately that have been complicated by Pluto's transit conjunct my natal Moon. In the end, all I've got is my creativity, writing poetry, songs, fiction, noodling on the guitar, listening to new music, etc.

Hang in there. It gets better
