Topic: Does he look like a Pisces Rising?

I'm trying to figure out his Rising Sign, but leaning towards Pisces cause his eyes seem to be a 100% Piscean (they all have those eyes), he has fish-like lips/a wide mouth, as well as what-seems-to-be a butt-chin that's almost always covered with a small goatee (I notice everything). He has small hands too ... There's something feminine about them.

He is gorgeous! I could see Pisces Rising. I see Saggi, somewhere and some Pluto strength, too.------------------

look where Neptune falls in his chart ( the Pisces ruler and his potential chart ruler) and see if this house is very important to him. IP: Logged |

His Neptune is in Capricorn. With a Pisces Rising, he'd have Saggi Saturn Conjunct MC, and Neptune in the 11th & 12th house. IP: Logged |
