what are your experiences when both neptune transiting your moon and moon transiting your natal neptune as well at the same time (conjunct)?

Ah shoot...if only this was about the square, which I'm dealing with right now.

I'd say the conjunction would be easier, but your emotional context is clouded in a foggy mist that you cannot properly see through. You may feel like hidden fears are being brought up from your subconscious and you may be more creative during this time period. You have also be more prone to getting lost in the world of dreams and may have trouble focusing during this time period. You may also find yourself in an emotional state without explanations as to why.

This explanation has been crafted out of mere analysis though and not through actual experience (T.Neptune and Moon). Hopefully it has some use

thanks for your reply Electro DGX, i'm asking bc i know neptune-moon can be very delusional but at the same time i had a very transcendental/spooky/beautiful experience (and i was 100% sober that time) which i can't forget and i looked up the transits for that date.

at that time i also had my 12th house uranus/jupiter sextile/trine tr sn/nn and vice versa. i'm not sure if this was only something math related in the charts or indeed something meaningful. i mean to me it was very much meaningful but i'm still questioning this experience

Neptune can be an indication of a spiritual awakening or enlightenment, especially since it rules the 12th house and rules Pisces, which is put as "the most evolved sign".

However, I would advise to carefully consider it many times over to assure yourself whether it really is a form of spiritual enlightenment or if it may be a form of self-delusion, since Neptune can be confusing either way
