My chart, I mean. I'm skimming "Yesterday's Sky" and reading the descriptions for North Node and South Node in two different sets of houses - 1st/7th, and 2nd/8th.
I think that the Koch system, was a mix of the two, so that Moon/Venus/South Node were still in the 8th, but other things moved. I can relate to the NN in the 2nd, and the need to have stability in my life, but I can also relate to the "enlightened selfishness" needed for the NN in the 1st house, but I won't go into that now.

I'm also interested in the fact that the author says that any planet conjunct the South Node, should be seen like a planet conjunct the Sun, only that happened in the previous life.

Also: my sister's husband's Mars is conjunct my Moon, Venus, and South Node, and he's been not only a thorn in my side, but caused a lot of trouble in my life. My relationships (7th house) and my psyche (8th house?) have both suffered, because of it. And my family... I am very shy and anxious around people at first, or I used to be, but I was jittery around him from day one, and that never went away. I have Mars square my Nodes, as well, and that can apparently indicate violence in a past life (being the victim of violence), if the Moon is conjunct the South Node. It wouldn't surprise me at all.

I believe it should be easy to find the true houses. They should occur following the point where the ecliptic touches the horizon, where they are furthest apart would indicate the start of another house such as capricorn/cancer. The houses will come in alignment with the horizon and the ecliptic both equally spaced in so that 20° past the point where the ecliptic touches the horizon will occur 20° into the ecliptic, and 20° into the horizon, so they are aligned (the houses) with one another. Both planes make the houses together, not just one or the other.

Equal house system, even though Linda believed in it, cannot be correct, for it is following the Ecliptic-Celestial, and saying that the houses should fall in exact accordance/alignment with the Ecliptic-Celestial thing which creates the zodiac. which will be on a slightly tilted plane opposed to the Ecliptic-Horizon, which create the houses. They are on different planes- The ecliptic-horizon and the Ecliptic-Celstial (each have a centre disk of its own plane, which do not indicate that they should overlap each one another in a chart

Thanks, soren.

I was hoping for more responses. I'll have to search old threads.
