If somebody is able to talk so vividly that the spark of enthusiuasm and captivation transmits itself onto the listeners.

Or this person finds the right words to describe a really complex thing in a very light and accessible way, also with humor - what aspects could cause this?

Having the ability to bring a subject very close to the listeners, drawing pictures with language, connecting the abstract with the concrete, making it "personal".

I would think Mercury in the 5th, a Gemini Midheaven, Mercury in Aquarius, and Mercury trine Midheaven would be the best aspects a teacher could have.

Mercury in Leo (that spark of enthusiuasm that you mentioned)
Mercury opposite Uranus (for making it "personal")

Jupiter in Leo/6th trine my Sag MC does it for me. I'm not a teacher but I've always been able to explain difficult or complex ideas in a simple, easy to understand way.

Gemini placements usually have a way with words, as well.

Sagittarius/Jupiter/9th house influence makes a great teacher in my opinion.

Sun in Sagittarius and/or the 9th house
Mercury in Sagittarius and/or the 9th house
Jupiter in Sagittarius and/or the 9th house
Sun-Jupiter positive aspects
Mercury-Jupiter positive aspects
