I have Mars in Leo opposite MC in Aquarius and I identify with Mars and with Leo.
The others aspects are Mars square Ascendant in Taurus, Mars trine Jupiter in Jupiter, Sun BiQuintile Mars and Mars inconjunct Saturn.
And I only have Leo in Mars and Ceres.

I also have Mars opposite MC aka conjunct IC in Aries.

I would say Mars is one of my dominant planets. Independence is very important to me and I'm pretty ambitious and impatient - both Martian qualities.

And since your Mars is in Leo - its similar to Aries Mars - but lends a more creative approach to how your actions are executed rather than rash - Aries.

But Yes - you are Mars dominant.
