Hey allSo after a rocky patch. My SO (Taurean)other and I had a brief chat today when he messaged me saying something about the parcel I sent him. We had lots of issues with this parcel reaching him (customs, taxes, delays etc). I had sent him 6 boxes of English tea. He got it today. Told me that all that matters with the parcel is the feelings and care that went into it. Awwww. I guess ACTIONS do speak louder than words when it comes to Taureans. I think the message of love got through to him. Anyone else know this with Taureans? Sparkling IP: Logged |

Taureans generally appreciate the simple things, not needing grand dramatic expressions as expected by many fire types, water types, etc. That is part of what 'down to earth' can mean. By the way, I am a Taurus and I would like some English tea  haha! Just had to inject that. I'm a tea freak. I drink it Green, White, Black, English, Japanese, Chinese, Jasmine Pearls. I love all of it. ------------------

Hello! Tea solves many things! Calms and soothes. I am indeed learning that about my Taurean love. I am saggie sun and leo moon.....I like words and grand gestures. So am learning that it is the little things that count and matter. Just knowing he understood all the love I poured into that gift of tea means the world to me. Sparkling IP: Logged |

I am a fellow tea-loving Taurean and I do appreciate thoughtful gifts, partly because I take gift-giving quite seriously also. I really concentrate on what I think the receiver would want and like Its one of my totally useless life skills ahahaIP: Logged |

Oh I love tea too! Have you ever had Kukicha Japanese tea? It's also called twig tea, made from the stems etc of the tea plant, aged for a few years and made into a tea. if you get a legit brand, you'll get a proper cup of tea that taste amazing, no sugar... I got off topic XD IP: Logged |

A friend has mentioned twig team but I've never tried it. But I really enjoy Oolong, which is also an aged/oxidized tea, but so many Chinese restaurants don't even serve good Chinese teas like this anymore. ------------------

I've had twig tea. I like it very much-and smoked green... Bancha? I like bancha... my mom used to pour it in my ear when i would have an earache... works. My 12th house Taurus Venus/Mars/Mercury boyfriend guy thing type deal, he really likes food... if it can be enjoyed and held and even tasted, he likes it... we laughed really hard realizing how often he gives me physical affection when i feed him.. lol. For some reason it was really funny to note. He doesn't make a big deal about food, but then when i put it in his hands he is always clearly delighted lol and very appreciative. He just was napping and rolled over to me and was like thank you for that food today... it was 3 hours ago lol and that was what has stuck with him about today. He also has a 6th house Scorpio stellium so those little things are kind of everything in that way too.. IP: Logged |
