So a Satrun in the 7th house can be tests and stabilization of romantic partners.

And/or just relationships of any kind in general.
Including work.
I've been picked to work with a real nasty. I'm starting to think she has a borderline personality disorder.
Other people think her personality is terrible, but no one has really filed a complaint. I finally did when she went on maternity leave in April.
I have the kind of job where I can request that I don't work with her next school year.

I've felt very tested working with her. Other people warned me a little of her personality before. I've been making excuses for her terrible personality for a long time, until one day she totally abused her power having a slightly higher posistion than me. And that was it. I reported her to both directors.

I have only four more days to deal with her, and that's that!

Anyways my ASC is 11 Gemini so it's tracking back on my ASC. So I'm guessing this is a final test. Of dealing with her **** , while not taking her **** , and pretending I can stand her in front of people.

How is everyone else doing with this transit?

I have this natal. I don't know what to say. Some people are trying. I especially hate when they ignore you. But it has helped me set my own boundaries.
Whatever happened with her, it sure was something that will help you grow stronger and wiser.

Do you have the 6th house cusp in Scorpio?

What planets are there?

Yes I have 6th house Scorpio (and partcially Sagittarius until the 11th degree.)
I have my Moon and Pluto in Scorpio.
That's right Mars is rx in my 6th house so that could be playing into this as well.

A lot of people do not like her very much.

Before I worked with her, I could tell she was very blunt. And I would think "wow I would not say that."
But then I got to whitness her terrible ego. And how domineering her can be. Others have decribed her as "brash."
She has been running the place like her $h!+ doesn't stink.
I've seen her boss around the bosses! Who does that?! And if her higher ups actually tell her no. She rolls her eyes at them as they leave the room.

I'm a working student. And she has compltely lacked empathy on me for that.
She has done a lot of things and has said a lot of comments to p!$$ me off. But I have let them go and moved on.(possibly venting to a few people when she is not around or people outside of work)
But the second time she told me I had to come into work on a day I'm not sheduled to...
She did not even ASK. And when I told her I have a project due, with out skipping a beat she was just like, too bad.
I didn't report her right away.

I had a person who was in a different department/intern try to pull something simular, so I reported her immeadiately.

But I waited this time, becase this was a higher up that I had to work with the rest of the school year. But I finaly felt comfortable to say something when she went on her leave.

I think I'm the first person to report her.
So she has a strike one on how she is treating other people who she works with now.

My boyfriend was joking that I should wear a super hero cape when she comes back, for being the first person to report her.

I think this whole situation is not just a lesson for me, but also for someone to find out "oh hey suddenly people think my $h!+ stinks" and for directors to be aware that a higher up can be ridicouly unprofessional, and that the person will pull more stuff if no one tells them their $h!+ stinks.

I was going to keep quiet on a lot of things. But not anymore. What I got out of this is know my rights, so that higher ups don't abuse their power.
I think it's common sense for a lot of people that you can't make someone work on a day they are not sheduled to. This is not the kind of job where it's part of the description to constantly be on call for others too.

But people regaurdless of their position have tried to pull this with me. I know it happens to other people too.
People stupid enough to pull this are not the kind of people to fix them selves move on and act like it never happened.
Part of why I waited so long, cause I felt like she would give me a reaction, in front of the kids, and it's not good for the kids to know we hate eachother.

So glad I have mondays off now for school. But Tues-Fri should be very interesting to say the least.

I have often personally noted how Scorpio on the cusp of the 6th often suggests that one has upheavals and all sorts of challenges in the work environment- more especially with colleagues or bosses.

This is because Scorpio on the cusp of the 6th is looking to do work that is transformative or will change them internally in some way

You have both Moon and Pluto there and this suggets that work is very personal.

And whats more is that if the two are in conjunction, you may have to deal with powerful females. Or find that your emotional security is always undergoing some sort of turbulent disturbance.

Yes I feel like just about anywhere, there are going to be people you do and don't get a long with, and hopefully the people you work closest to you can get along with and can stand. Where I am now, I have mostly worked with great, and decent people.

After my second year there I started to get annoyed how often people asked me to cover for them. It's the kind of job where you ask your co-workers to cover for you when they are not sheduled, and unfortunatley a lot of the people are not so willing to say yes. So that got annoying for me after a while.

When I got busier with school, I set more bondaries with people. Work had to get a sub list of random people when I became less availble.

But there have been a few times where I have said no, and people did not know what to do and would try to make me feel bad about it, and you bet it p!ssed me off to the core.

One year a lead teacher asked me "are you sure there is no way you can do it?" When I know she did not ask other people at work twice, so I was furious. But I've never had an issue with her besides that.

I've had tiny tiffs with other but were quickly smooved over.

The previous year, this one girl was straight up nasty when I told her no. I even yelled at her. Cause she was pretty much hassasing me at that point, and I pretty much immeadiatly reported her. I think she is also kind of special too, and a bit socially retarded.

But having a lead teacher with a masters bully me into working a day I'm not sheduled to, is ubsurd, and she should definetly know better. Definelty abusing her title. Behaving to everyone like a bulldosing dictator.

I have been promoted here, but they still look to others for the full time position. I am looking to leave, mainly cause I expect more from myself. I need full time and benefits. My main goal is to find a full time posistion related to what I do now, in my current pay range.
I certainly wont miss all the drama associated with being asked to work on a day I am not sheduled to. And the lack of respect for my boundaries I sometimes have experienced in a big way where I currently am.

I've been here 6 years, and this is certainly the worst conflict I've ever experienced here.

I honestly realize there will always be great and sh!++y people in work environments. And with the sh!++y people, either let it go and vent/make fun of them to someonen you trust later. And report them if they really get out of line.

Can Scorpio there alone cause power struggles?

Oh yes, because the ruler of that section is Mars(Pluto).

Look to where Aries is too to see where there are battles.

Where is your Mars? Because that will influence how you approach the house issues.

So if Mars is in Cancer, you may keep grudges for a long time before seeking vengeance.

If Mars is in Taurus, you may want to keep things stable, predictable and peaceful.

Resentment is likely to build up over a long period of time.

For mine I have Pluto in the 5th, with Scorpio ruling my 6th house. I only had to sleep with a coworker once to know I couldn't ever again.

Two, Mars is in my 12th in Gemini but conjn. my ASC so...kind of passive aggressive, kind of not, kind of chose to ignore it.

Aries rules my 11H though and I'm unsure how to tie it into the 6th house origin.

I think Mars in Gemini is intellectual sparring and arguments.

Gemini can be physically aggressive and sometimes it can only be verbal.

So perhaps you back-chat your boss or co-workers and you know how to use words that cut?

With Mars also influencing the 11th house, it could also suggest that you may spend a lot of time talking to your friends or texting them often.

Mars is where we spend our energy and put "effort". And Gemini likes to talk and has a lot of sass!

Aries, I've asked you this before but do you have a blog? I really want you to make a blog.

It's true I love being social at work and its where I shine socially for some reason.

The only job I really sassed my boss was my previous one, because the circumstances were beyond ridiculous and I was literally running the show.

OOOH two comments and then I'll stop hijacking - how would Scorpio ruling my 6th affect me with male bosses (especially my Mars being in the 12th, and Taurus ruling the 12th... but I have Moon opposition Pluto?) vs. female bosses? Because I have definite "I'M THE BOSS" undercurrents with female bosses, and wondered if male bosses would somehow be attracted to their coworkers if you have Scorpio in the 6th + all that?

So off topic but, Aries23Degrees how is the Uranus transit treating you? I saw that Urnaus is 23 degrees in Aries right now.

I'm a 22 degree Aries

No, I don't have a blog. But I am a writer and that is where my focus is at the moment.

It is fitting for you to be talkative and social at work -as Mars in Gemini influences your 6th house through its ruler-ship of Scorpio

Where is your Moon? Aspects with the Moon tend to highlight the relationship that one has with females.

Well, the Uranus transit was quite a challenge when it formed a grand kite to my T-square Moon/Mercury/Mars.

It seems like a repetition of history because when Uranus was in another cardinal sign(Cap), it hit me hard and changed my world i.e I was in an accident and subsequently had a very profound geographic relocation.

I expect it should have the same if not similar effect in Aries. I could be left with my world "shook" before it moves to Taurus.

Also interesting is that Pluto had just entered the cardinal sign of Cap, when I came out to my Mom.
