I'm asking because, what others say doesn't really affects me, or what others do. I mean, I can be shocked and disappointed but I never get angry or very sad about someone or something. I don't understand it sometimes. I care about other living things but sometimes I'm such a cold person and I'm PISCES (sextile Neptune) with CANCER MOON (opposite Neptune). IP: Logged |

If you have a lot of air influencing your chart that may explain why you may feel so blocked out from your emotions. Having the Moon in an Air house can suck up your emotions dry and one may not feel as emotional. On the contrary, despite me having an Air Stellium and a Gemini Moon, a lot of my Air falls in my Water houses and I have a lot of aspects from the Moon, Neptune, and Pluto. My water strength is on par with my Air. Do Airy planets make a lot of aspects? Do you have a lot of planets in air houses? ------------------ Aquarius Sun, Merc, Venus, Uranus, Neptune Scorpio Mars conj. Asc in First 8th House Moon opposite Pluto, Trine Uranus Have you caught onto the predicament I'm in yet? IP: Logged |

Thanks for taking time in this! Yes, I was thinking about what you wrote but I read in a lot of websites that you can say a lot about a person just by knowing what sign is their moon and I'm not agree with it, you can understand why. I have never identified one hundred percent with my moon. My dominant sign is Aquarius; I have Mercury in Aquarius, Venus in Aquarius conjunct MC in Aquarius, Sun in 11th house, Saturn in 11th house. Moon in 3rd house. Pluto in 7th house. IP: Logged |

Great question. I would say Saturn on the AC makes it harder to access deep emotions and cools you off emotionally.Perhaps the house your moon falls on has a huge impact yes..my husband has moon in cancer and he is sweet and caring like a moon in cancer but he doesnt feel intensely unless he is mad bc of his mars in scorpio. His moon falls in the 2nd house and yes I would say he has a Taurus flavor to his moon, his moon rules his 3rd house and he is super cerebral more so than a feeler that is for sure. Now I on the other hand have moon conjunct IC ruling my 8th in pisces in the duad and decan of pluto so I crave intensity in relationships and crave emotional depth but also since my moon opposes mercury the ruler of my 7th I can go from one extreme to the other and be very detached and cerebral one moment but then kiss you like I haven't seen you in years...I can come off as a robot one minute and the other someone who feels very deeply and intensely so kind of all or nothing...... I am thinking your moon in the 3rd makes you very cerebral but you still have a sweet kind side but are not the type to fall head over hills and want to merge with someone; your mind just doesn't think like that, you are more the type to marry for companionship and someone you like hanging out with and talking with daily. Conversation I imagine is an emotional need for you, having someone as a partner who is an outlet intellectually and communication wise is vital to your happiness. IP: Logged |

^ ~Aqualil... It can mean that you feel 'restricted' emotionally from expressing feelings, but that doesn't mean you're not having them, inside.MilaB... Sometimes people just absorb sooo many things inside them, that the experience is a very internal thing. Perhaps?, if you do feel or have detected a kind of 'coldness' in you?, look at how you hide feelings from yourself. Maybe through cultural training and events that have happened in your life, you gained/inherited that restricted sense? Learning to feel feelings and express them, WITH a sense of boundaries and protecting our own Heart too, can help. Have boundaries, but make sure it's made of breathable materials, instead of cellophane-plastic. Make the membrane porous, and clean out the debris of hurts that get caught in the weave. Also, check asteroid 148780 Altjira .... Just because you feel (or a person may to you perhaps falsely appear-to-be) cold, indifferent, withdrawn, non-involved, uncaring--- doesn't mean that this is the way they truly are? {ref m.a.h. asteroid} I think people are mostly "taught" to stay cold or Hating. Balance is soooo important. You might go through periods of time in life (which would be natural) to feel more retriction, OR less. Be Mindful of which one it is for you.... and apply yourself to 'become' a warmer person if you are aware of the cold. Awareness is the key. Then, you Decide. Therapy helps some people, but VERY GOOD FRIENDS, and cultivating more-intimate type of relationships, can bring more balance and cure. I used to sing this song (during a time I got divorced and was fighting against the hurt), but I would 'twist' the words of the song around to 'YOU can't make ME Love you, if I won't.' .... Ah! The things we have to do inside ourselves to overcome hurts and wounds. Just make sure to bring things to Balance after a stretch of time.... Know and say to yourself, that You are Enough, and that You're Okay. All I can say is that with a husband that has Saturn conj Moon in natal and pSaturn smack on pAsc, he can be extremely cold. Scary cold, actually! You can scream, beg, cry, throw things, hit him, you name it, and response will be the same: iceI think the only thing that can eventually rub him sideways is someone heavy on The Pluto mixed with some Mars...He has a short fuse and it'll burn up quickly but a person capable of turning the back burners on for a looooong time will get to him and that is his weakness. Woahhh . I really appreciate everything you wrote. Thank you very much for your reply . That's interesting. And yes, you're right. I can look very cold but there is also a sweet part of me (dominant Venus). Communication, expression ... is important to me. IP: Logged |

Hard aspects to the moon, moons in air or fire houses. Hard Mercury aspects. Grand cross/t squares in natal chart, possibly.IP: Logged | |
