My friend`s boyfriend got no job or money she provides everything for him, A roof over his head, food and money and he doesn`t do anything other than playing video games. My other friend is similar to him. She is very dependent and needy towards her family friends and bf its like dealing with a child. And her friend again has been sitting at home at her boyfriend`s home for 2-3 years now without a job or money and has been financially dependent on her boyfriend and her mother. All of them got the cancer venus in common. IP: Logged |

From what I've seen they are:
1)Sensitive.
2)Codependant and/or
3)Indpendant.a)They like the feeling of receiving love and care from people close to them. b)Or take control and give love to people close to them. Your friend might of gotten use to being cared for. But I wouldn't doubt there resolve they can become very independent quickly, if the situation changes. I answered it in a general way, I know theres more to your friend. My Mars in Cancer general conjunct Venus Cancer people 80% of the time. So I have a bit of an impression of them.

they appear like that but if you draw your own boundaries, they can do just fine. With cancerians, boundaries are very important.IP: Logged |

I have started to do that with my friend. It takes some work to "shake" her off though but it has worked a little bit too. I think she definitively needs to learn to not be so dependent on others and get her s.h.i.t under control. IP: Logged |

I think it depends on the chart.
I had a 2-3 year deep, loving relationship with one and I didn't feel that they were dependant on me.

*Puke* Cancer venus opp my sun was looking for a mommy to take care of him and I was dumb enough to play the part.. have to look at the whole picture with all of our synastry tho of courseNo offense to anyone with this venus sign but it will probably never work long term with someone who has air or fire venus. ^^Ummm that depends on the rest of the chart. You can't isolate aspects like that.

When you give Cancer something to take care of, protect, nurture or grow. They simply thrive!If you don't, THEY become the someone who is to protect, nurture and grow. If she gives him something to be responsible for and holds him accountable, he may "rise" to the occasion. But I reckon she is also getting some form of satisfaction by doing what she is doing.

The weird thing is that two of them got cap moons and one with an aries moon and other placements in their charts are also in independent signs but the cancer venus influence is still very strong in all three of them esp when it comes to work money etc. IP: Logged |

She is miserable. She doesn`t feel loved and feels used. I think it is bc of her venus in the 12th house that she lets herself be taken advantage of and has major issues putting boundaries when in love.

I think it depends on the aspects to the Venus. My stepdad has always been a hard worker, and hates when people are lazy. Especially men. He is your typical provider. He retired in his 50's after working for 40 years and just recently he applied for the night shift as a stocker at a local store. He's a Cancer sun/Venus.IP: Logged |
