During those transits would two people get along when usually they may not due to having rough synastry/composite?

In theory, yes, but a couple will pass through many transits to their composite chart over a decade or a lifetime. And many of those will be challenging. If the relationship has 'issues' then they will have to be tended to once the smooth periods are over again.

You said the issues in the relationship will have to be tended to once the smooth periods are over. Or either they shouldn't communicate again until there are good transits lol (in regards to friendship) Well this is how I tend to do things with a certain person. I check the transits to our composite if I see we are having good transits that's when I'll reach out. If not I don't bother until I see that we have good transits again.
