I have moon in the 9th, and uranus in the 2nd. I also have venus sq uranus. Dont think these placements alone mean soulmate, but my two most serious and important relationships have been with men from different country to my home country. Maybe the ruler of the 12th or 9th house in the 7th?My Mars is the ruler of the 9th house and it's in the 7th. I have Jupiter in the 7th too. I hope i'll date someone from a different country, but not now because i'm too young and i can't live abroad at the moment.  IP: Logged |

I would think planets in the 9th house and ruler of the 4th, 5th, or 7th in the 9th or 9th in the 7th house could find their soul mate in a different country.IP: Logged |

Haha I was wondering about the thumb down. Not sure about soulmate haha. I've read that there are several factors, such as uranus aspects to personal planets, especially venus. Uranus aspects in the synastry...etc.. They could also mean that the relationship might be unconventional in some way..etc... My s.o and I lived in different countries when we met (over the net, through a friend). I have uranus conj venus/sun, square moon. He has uranus square moon/venus/mars. Agree with what other posters have listed. My venus is in the 12th house, his sun is in the 9th. Ruler of my 12th house (jupiter) is in the 7th house. Ruler of my 7th house (moon) is in the 3rd. What if someone's ruler of 9th (9th in Cancer) is in 4th house, and trine Mars which is in 9th? Also Venus is in 4th. IP: Logged |

That's interesting. Sun in 9th house can indicate the person will meet someone on a long trip, in other land. Do you think your ruler of the 12th house in 7th can bring you someone from past life?

Read somewhere, where they said this "possibly" indicate you'll marry a foreigner and you could benefit a lot from this marriage. Don't think could mean "soul mate", though. Lol.
