Are there any aspects, signs, or indicators in the natal chart that can show signs of loneliness or an extreme, deep-rooted feeling of being alone?

I've heard it's common for Aquarians to often feel alone, but I'm wondering if there are other important indicators?

------------------
Aquarius Sun, Merc, Venus, Uranus, Neptune
Scorpio Mars conj. Asc in First
8th House Moon opposite Pluto, Trine Uranus
Have you caught onto the predicament I'm in yet?

That is a good one. Personally though, my Saturn is too far away from my midheaven to be square it (square orb = ten degrees). Are there any other aspects you can think of?

Saturn in the social houses, maybe? 1st, 5th, 7th, 11th. 4th, too. A bunch of planets below the horizon.

Yeah, I think Saturn in the 4th, 7th, and 11th house might make a person a bit more lonely.

8th house heavy people or those with strong Pluto tend to want very deep and intimate connections. And most of the human race is defensive about emotions.

9th house heavy people tend to connect to a principle or ideal and not necessarily personal relationship or people. Social akwardness can often result.

12th house heavy people or those with strong Neptune tend to feel ill understood by us mere mortals. They are seen as weird and are often ostracized.

10th house heavy people or those with strong Saturn ,are all about accomplishing something with their lives, at the expense of their private life(Ic) or emotional closeness.

Pluto on the angles.
Neptune on the angles
Uranus on the angles.
Saturn on the angles
Jupiter on the angles.

So that means that more than atleast half of the world's population is lonely ......hmmm . That makes me feel less lonely

Moon opposite Pluto, maybe you prefer being alone versus having to try and 'control' your emotions around people?

Moon trine Uranus would give one the preference of being 'free' which tends to equate to no attachments, thus being lonely.

But loneliness is something one perceives as beyond your control while preferring solitude is an acceptance of your natural preference. Once you accept your own preference for solitude, you'll attract someone else that likes it as well because they like you.

Another consideration.

Some only need a few close people and can feel lonely in a sea of people.
Others may feel lonely with only a few but a crowd is company.

Saturn transiting 11H. You kinda start "cleaning house" and friendships or associations you had will end and only the ones that are truly necessary will stay.

Saturn transiting 12H also did it for me personally

*rises hand* That's exactly what I usually deal with, I'm also an Aquarius ASC and Sun conjunct in 1H and that adds even more to the weirdness people perceive about me.

OP, if you also mean romantically, see Venus in 12H.
By the way, would Vesta in 8H also point to loneliness? I would interpret it so.

The excruciating, intense, deep "aloneness" and "I don't belong anywhere" feeling is found in afflicted Moons, especially in hard aspect to Chiron and Pluto. I almost want to add Saturn, but I'm not entirely sure about the "intensity" of that one.

All the other stuff is just fluff compared to an afflicted Moon (by the outers), imo.

Yes, me too!!!! The two times Saturn has been in my 11th (Scorpio), it's been brutally lonely and isolating. Once it moved iinto the 12th last, it was still still lonely but a bit better. And then things were not lonely anymore when it was in my first and second. I have Cap Rising and Saturn is my chart ruler. I'll see if the pattern repeats itself this time around.

Ugh yeah Saturn is on my ASC now so it's not as intense but the past 6 months was pretty bad. Well good to hear that 1H won't be as lonesome.

Thanks for all the responses!

I have a lot of these things. I have Saturn in the 6th in Aries, but it is conjunct the DSC. I have a stellium conjunct the IC (Merc, Neptune, Sun, and Uranus), with Sun and Uranus in the 4th. I do have a strong Neptune influence as well as Pluto, and I have a fourth house stellium of three planets (Sun, Uranus, Venus). My Moon is in the 8th house opposite Pluto, and I have a Scorpio Mars conjunct Ascendant. I also have Moon opposite Chiron, albeit at eight degrees, so I'm not really sure if it is worth considering (if the orb is acceptable). My Moon only has the two afflictions previously stated, everything else is harmonious (considering Major aspects).

Aquarius Sun, Merc, Venus, Uranus, Neptune
Scorpio Mars conj. Asc in First
8th House Moon opposite Pluto, Trine Uranus

Or how about Saturn in the 1st opposite Venus/Uranus in the 7th H.

When I was 19 I read Steppenwolf by Herman Hesse - the epitome of what it feels like to be a loner - there is a lot of self pity tied in with loneliness. But it captivated me and still does at times.

I've swayed away from bitter loneliness by staying busy but sometimes I'll experience bursts of loneliness and the pang of feeling that I'll never belong with someone and then I tell myself, "oh, V, get over yourself."
