so many of my family members have scorpio/cancer

pisces i would say could be more on the erratic, immature and insecurity with themselves emotionally side. but its hard to say.. im between scorpio and pisces. and for different reasons, but just out of the sheer intensity.. and the darkness inherent in scorpio aaaand from personal experience, id say scorpio was far more volatile than my pisces experiences which i feel has part to due with pisces sub influence of jupiter. pisces has such swift emotions that passing through them and sort of "snapping" out of these crazy mood swings i think is easier than scorpio, which just digs and digs and digs.. its hard to get out of those moods and between the 3 i would correlate scorpio as being the most violent and fearless.

some of the most emotionally destructive people ive ever met had pisces/scorpio/pluto mix. i sort of think if pisces emotions as quick and can encompass and entire area instantly, like its fluid mass is able to be no where and all things at once. so when it combines with the dark, deep and solid emotions of scorpio it heightens and quickens the emotions, charging them up big time!! they have their own intensities.

Well, I am a Pisces Sun, Moon, and Mercury. But my dominant planet is Scorpio because of all of the 8th house activity and aspects to Pluto in my chart. So I am a blend of a Pisces/Scorpio.

I'm emotional but not really moody. Emotional in the sense that I feel other people's pain. I cry when I see people crying. I cry when I see roadkill. I cry when I see adorable puppy videos. So emotional, yes. Moody, not really.

I have a pretty even keel personality. Maybe it's because my sun and moon are conjunct so I don't waiver a lot. The most moody I get is when I get sort of quiet and need alone time after being around a lot of people. I think that's more of an introvert thing though.

My dad is a Cancer moon. And my aunt is a Cancer Sun/Scorpio Moon. They are moody. My dad will be fine one minute, and then an hour later he's in a weird mood where he's kind of snappy and takes everything you say personally (even regular conversation), and it's like, wait where did this come from? My aunt, bless her heart, is very moody as well. She doesn't do it to me, but she can shut down completely emotionally with her sisters. She is very sensitive which causes her moods to fluctuate. She takes things very personally and finds a hard time moving past it.

When I think of emotional immaturity, indecision, depression, and being emotionally erratic, I think of squares with personal planets (especially the Moon) in a chart.

Earlier in my life, I was all of those things tenfold due to the multitude of squares between my Moon, Mercury, Venus and Mars. All of them were in earth and air signs, too. That kind of emotional and nervous tension is difficult to control and prone to coming out in emotional outbursts that appear immature and erratic to other people. Though I suppose my Moon/Mars conjunction being in my 4th and conjunct my IC may have played a part in how emotionally sensitive I was/am.

Just my 2 cents.

My dad is a Cancer sun and he's constantly changing moods. My sister in law is a Cancer sun, Cancer ascendant and Cancer dominant and she has bipolar which makes her moody by nature.

My boyfriend has a Cancer mars conjunct his Cancer ascendant and he can be pretty moody too, his gemini moon probably doesn't help.

However I love them all. It sometimes gets confusing to my Capricorn self, but you know.

My Grandpa is a Scorpio Sun, Moon, Venus, Mars and Ascendant and he's not very moody. He does lose his temper sometimes and that's very sharp, but he rarely does that because he doesn't like to hurt those he loves

My mom is a Pisces Sun, Mars and Mercury and she's moody but in a more erratic way, less nonsensical than Cancer's for sure.

Most of the Cancers I've known are actually pretty stable. They are cardinal and want to achieve things, and they are perceptive enough to know what to do and not do, to achieve their desired goals. Maybe sometimes their goals are more emotionally- driven so they "act out" in ways that seem unreasonable to others, but quite possibly those are just sincere emotions coming out, and they accomplish an emotional objective.

I don't see Scorpios as moody, that's not a word that would come to mind. Maybe sometimes they just have to touch base with the dark side and they get into a funk. I guess they can also be a little caustic-sounding for no apparent reason sometimes. Like the blackness trickles out.

I think of Pisces as stable, pleasant people with a lot of problems that come from pushing their limits trying to help others. Frustration from having too much on their plates, perhaps.

If someone has cancer sign somewhere, only this sign can add moodiness in someone. If the cancer person is immature, then everything you have said most likely always happen in domestic life.

Scorpio I've seen prone to moodiness also. But I'll put it in 2nd place because sometimes if they really concern about control, they do not show it to other people. Pisces is not moody but sensitive and fragile, their feelings can easily move by surrounding.
