Athena, i got caught up with it in it's last tail end.. the last 2-3 weeks. lots of childhood traumas came up for me. new powerful insights to FULLY let go old connections that are toxic and to keep healthy boundaries as well. there was anger (rage) that came up too for 2 days. i felt like a walking zombie last week for two days. it was so weird. my body ached alot, and had headaches. also, had really weird nightmares for 1 night (i rarely get nightmares) then after two days, it went away, like nothing happened.

It means I am going to have another Mars-Return this year. (on 5 Sag)
Interestingly the last Mars-Return (retro) happened 2-3 days before I last met Mr Sag; the next Mars-Return (direct, lasting for 2 years then) happens 2-3 days after the next time I am going to meet him. Funny coincidence.

I've had a terrible time with my job the last 2 months, mars retro in my 10th house. My boss became quite hostile and unappreciative of me unexpectedly, culminating in her not following through on a role she had promised to me multiple times.
Today we were working closely and I fixed a major accounting issue she was unable to handle herself, and she rewarded me with something else of value she had promised for a long time.
It feels as though she finally saw my worth again and appreciated me. However I've learnt from the experience to always know my worth and to be more careful and vocal about what i'm willing to give/sacrifice without tangible returns. I see her in a completely different light now, and not for the better. I'm looking to move on asap.
The guy I'm dating also has it transiting his 10th house and has had a horrible time at work too, he was even issued a written warning yesterday and feels he is being pushed out.

Also my housemate absolutely exploded on me this evening and screamed in my face. It was mental. I have natal mars in aries and I'm a hot head by nature but over the past few months I've become incredibly skilled at controlling it in the face of seriously irritating/enraging people/situations. It's such a great feeling as my temper has always caused me a lot of problems in personal relationships and I finally feel I'm using the energy constructively. IP: Logged |

Mars has been dragging through my H4, and it's noticeable. This has been going on for a while, and everything about our house/home environment has been just irritating. A lot of sickness, things not working properly in places we've rented (we stayed with my mom while looking for a rental when we moved back here, not fun at all), and general annoyances/disturbances. It's been transiting through my husband's H11, so I'm not sure why this is manifesting in his work environment, but he's had one major incident to deal with after another...and he just started at the end of February. I don't foresee this improving until Mars really gets moving, and passes mine and my husband's Mutable T-squares between 0-7 degrees. I'm due to have our second baby when Mars will be conjunct Saturn, both squaring my Sun/Moon and conjunct my Neptune/NN, and I'm really looking forward to this transit just getting the hell out of the way already. Interesting stories. For me it`s been transiting through my 12th house (over Amor, LIebe and Valentine. lol).
Mars ruling the 4th house in my chart.
Oh and incidentally my Solar Return ASC is on 24 Scorpio. NOticing this just now.
I`ve been under stress at work, yes, but there is always stress, and while it was pretty huge at times, I didn`t pay that much attention, I just did what i had to do.
Mentally I was much more "inside" with myself, probably triggered by Mr Sag doing those podcasts and talking about some things, and for some reason it led ME back onto a path into my past (childhood and early youth, which is fitting for 4th house rulership, right). It wasn`t a bad experience at all, more like a comfy haven, that I dread to leave.
Almost feels like having been in some kind of "cave" or "womb",w here it was nice comfy, warm, exciting at times, but safe ultimately. And now it`s time to get out of the cave again and face the outside world, and probably see how one or two of the things experienced in that cave-time manifest or what consequences they will have. And I am not too keen on seeing that!
Can`t I just stay here? It`s so nice and warm and cuddly and hidden. lol But oh well all in all, it gave me a strong sense of Self and identity and belonging. So I cannot say it was a bad transit for me.
I don`t have a planet at 23 Scorpio (well Solar Return ASC at 24 Scorpio). Not sure how Mr Sag experienced that though, as Tr Mars decided to station on his Uranus on 23 Scorpio. For him Uranus falls into the 8th house and rules the 12th house - I suppose it was not only me who made a journey into the past.  His Solar Return ASC is on 27 Scorpio though, so not THAT close, but still 4 degrees off his Uranus is surely interesting and so SR ASC is being brought to my 12th house and his 8th house this year. (in his june Lunar Return LR ASC was on 20 Taurus, so that was probably an interesting month, with Tr Mars hovering so nearby Lunar Return DESC - well his current LUnar Return has IC on 28 Scorpio with Mars nearby, mimicking the ASC of his Solar Return, so june/ July seems to be an important month for him, june more in terms of encounters with other people/ relationships, july in terms of family/home)
Though of course with Uranus there, might not be that calm and stable, especially not with the very tight aspect of Mars in 3rd/ conj. IC quinkunx Uranus at the end of 8th house, conjunct 9th house cusp. ) Anyway I disgressed. It was certainly an interesting time for me, but as I said not really bad, just sometimes emotionally a little exhausting as I felt it demanded a lot of emotional involvement and honesty from me, though I cannot really say why I got the feeling.

Mars is direct transiting my 8th house, conjunct my Venus and pluto today. I dreamt a big ass spider was crawling over me last night and today i'm feeling very depressed and basically wanting to die. I cried 3 times today. Ugh.IP: Logged |

the mars retro landed in scorpio and in my 4H.lots of underworld, unconscious crap came up. that makes sense. and 4H, i can see it as me coming "home" with myself. finding my true Self, my center, and letting go what doesn't resonate any longer for GOOD! also relating to physical home, i finally came to peace with my challenging relationship with my mother. i've finally realised, that i no longer have to keep gaining or asking for her love (childhood issues) and i am able to live life without being attached to mother. wooohoo!! I just saw an email from someone whose anger was becoming a major problem. He said it started lessening a day or so ago and last night he had a dream that he thinks shows forgiveness (not a desire for reconciliation, but for letting go of his anger once and for all), at least a very strong step in that direction.I thought maybe it was Pluto going retrograde that was transiting his Cappie Mars given when it started, but now it looks as if it was the Mars going retrograde that did it rather than the Pluto. It finally moved forward? I hope whenever it moves back to mum's sun, it's a good thing. It's going to oppose my Moon/Venus/SN and square my Mars again, so I'm not feeling that good about it. I think I need to go back to ignoring astrology. I've been out of it all week.

when will it past saturn? i am still feeling fatigue today. my lower back is killing me, due to anger coming up! i am not even angry at anything particular that's happened in the present moment. it's ALL anger from past stuff... IP: Logged |

This was a tough Mars retrograde in Scorpio of all signs. On and on it was and still is square my natal Mars, which didn't help with my temper. During the retrograde, I was very tired. I had to take several naps during the weekend and when I came home from work. I wanted to start things, like go to my work out classes, but I would fall asleep. :/ Then some hard situations at home came about (my natal Mars is in the 4th house) where one of my pets became ill all of the sudden and was serious enough that she could have died. I was told that it was amazing she was alive when I brought her in. Yup, so much happened. I've learned my lessons. This energy came to shake things up.

Mars re-enters fiery Sagittarius on Tuesday, August 2nd, at 17:50 UT/GMT.Tues, Aug 23 Mars arrives at same degree as Saturn, 9+ Sagittarius, for a couple days. Mars shifts past Saturn on Thurs, Aug 25, at 10+ degrees Sag. Mars will not be out of orb with Saturn (greater than 10-degrees) until around September 13th, but the effect starts to weaken after he passes Saturn. Mars in Sag will form energy-conductive trines to Uranus and Eris Aries at the start of September... But things aren't over yet....
