I don't know if it is a sign as much as a house placement or transit(?). I think having Uranus in the 4th natally or Uranus transiting the 4th would make someone prone to moving house more than usual.

Moon in 3rd house here. And i have moved around quite a bit.

The last major move was when progressed Sun conjunct the Ic , natal Pluto square the progressed Sun. And transiting Uranus was trine the Ic and sextile the Mc
