Personality is the strongest indicator of the rising sign because physical qualities are so heavily colored by family genetics.

First write down everything you know about him, every pattern you see in behavior and preferences. Then read my rising sign descriptions lined below. If you're still stumped and can't narrow it down at all, then you don't know him well enough yet.

Thanks for the insight!

According to the birth chart I erected on astro.com, he has a Pisces moon and just to be sure I put the birth time as midnight and then again as 11pm and the moon sign didn't change. I actually thought he may be an Aqua rising so maybe my guess is right. But I will check out your rising sign descriptions.
