I have been wanting to this question for ages but never got around to it so here we go.

In my natal chart I have moon conjunct Saturn in Capricorn in 6th house. Now I have always had difficult challenging jobs which partly I love even tho I complain about it. Work has never been easy for me but that is why I have managed to be successful in such a young age. Anyway this aspect also seems to give me bosses that are very annoying, demanding and that like to lower me. All my bosses including my current boss want to somehow put me down and then I have to prove myself every time. It is so annoying and emotionally exhausting.

Maybe it's worth mentioning that also all my bosses are capricorns lol

So I am wondering do you know how I can balance this energy? How do I treat my bosses so they stop doing this? Do I need to be more cold and bitchy? I noticed that when I am very firm and I stand up for myself (show my teeth) they seem to be better towards me.

When Capricorn is on the 6th house cusp, this suggests that you get on with the business at hand; you tackle these challenges, solve problems and do what is necessary.

With Moon-Saturn in there, a lot of your emotional security(Moon) is attached to how competent you are, how organized you are and how able you are to take on responsibility and impress authority figures(Saturn).

This all sounds very admirable. But there is also the downside i.e when you are unable to control the outcomes of situations around you, your self confidence takes a knock.

Often this can translate to "why can't i get this right?" To "maybe i am just not that knowledgeable?" And then finally "I must surely be the most incompetent person to not be able to solve this".

Saturn in 6th naturally experiences challenges with superiors if they are not as competent or committed to the job as the Saturn person belives they should be .

Sometimes the native may even believe that they would make a better supervisor and/or manager than the person in charge(which is often very true).

Now for your bosses to be giving you a hard time, doesnt make sense to me. As Caps are drawn to people that have a high work ethic and commitment to the job.

But it is also possible that they may take advantage of that same person, put them down constantly(because they dont want that person to grow out from under their thumb and self actualize) etc.

Saturn is restrictive by nature. When you don't do a good job, you get smacked. But if you do the job very well, you get rewarded. But the rewards are slow to come.

Your bossess could be intimidated by your competence and feel like you are better than they are. As often is the case, Caps can have an inferioty complex.

So they may try to manipulate you and control you by telling you that you are not "good enough" and acting very ungrateful towards you.

But if you were truly incompetent, truly not able to
meet up with the demands, Caps dont waste time in releasing deadwood. So the same bosses would have long released you from your duties.

So i think that this is their way of trying to keep you under their heel so that you continue to make them look good, whilst not feeling good enough yourself. And if so,then that is cruel.

What would be beneficial for you is to list your accomplishments on paper(literally). As Cap energy has a tendency of downplaying theip good stuff and over-emphasizing their mistakes.

You can go into great detail on how you were able to solve problems or spearhead important milestones at work. This will build confidence within you that no-one can take away from you through ignoring you or putting you down.

Also, when you do accomplish something outstanding and they happen to compliment you. Rather have them write that compliment on paper in 4angible terms or acknowldge that achievemnt in front of your peers.

This may sound very vain.But Cap energy is nourished heavily by people's respect,accolades and approval. Even more so than material wealth or rewards sometimes.

It could be that you are destined to be an entrepeneur (especially if Aries is on the North Node or there is a packed Aries house or prominent Mars)

So whilst working under challenging conditions, you are shaping your skills and personality for when you go at it alone.

Now Pluto is in Cap at the moment with Uranus in Aries. Are either of the two close to your Moon Saturn conjunction?

Thank you so so much for writing such a detailed response to me. It means the world to be for someone to understand me as deeply as you did.

Everything you have described is what I have lived through, I am going through or I have felt.

I think most of my bosses always try to lover me because they are scared of me taking their position. I hate to say that as it makes me sound big headed which I am not, but that is exactly what happened in my previous job...and on the end I did take his job, but I work really hard for it and I am very good at what I do.

I am very down to earth and I probably dont give myself enough credit for what I do in general in life, but especially at work. So I think writing things down would be extremely beneficial. I will try to do it every day.

Yes Pluto has been transforming me for a very long time now...conjuncting my Moon sand Saturn all the time lol Its been challenging but I have grown quite a lot as a person. Currently its back on my moon again hopefully for the last time lol

I dont have anything in Aries except my Midheaven I do have an online business on the side...nothing to sagnificant but I love it and it does bring me extra cash every month. (I am probably too modest about it now lol) I hope you are right that I am an entrepeneur as owning my own business has always been a dream of mine.
