How often in our lunar returns, were Saturn is in the first house, does a grandparent pass?

I noticed a pattern with two Saturns in my first house at my lunar returns.

When my grandmother passed, on January 22, 2010. At my Lunar Return on January 18, 2010 Saturn was in Virgo, in my first house as the Ascendant, with my Sun which is in Pisces in the 7th house. My maternal grandmother passed. She is also an August born Virgo. She has Saturn in Taurus.

Has anyone else spotted this in their lunar returns when Saturns was in between two signs. At the time Saturn was in between the beginning stages of Libra and the last degree of Virgo. My grandmother had a stellium in her chart, with Uranus, Saturn, and Jupiter in Taurus, and Neptune, Mars, Mercury and her Sun in Virgo.

My grandfather passed with his Saturn in Pisces, at the time of Saturn in Aquarius transiting to Pisces between 1994 to 1995, and I have an Aquarius Ascendant, with Pisces Sun, Moon, and Mercury.
