On July 19th my progressed moon will move into Sag after being in my 5th house Scorpio since 2014. What will this mean for me? A renewed interest in health?

There could be an interest in moving,expanding and broadening your horizon.

Since the previous Moon placement was about introspection. This one could be about expanding externally.

So you could study or read more on subjects that fascinate you. You may pay more attention to what is happening on the news. You may have an interest in travelling somewhere.

When Pluto was in Sag, it was a time of both intellectual and physical expansion for me. So I think Sag energy brings one to be more outward,upwards and forwards more than inward and introspective.
